Push Power Protector issue FIXED in Sony devices

I already fixed that fault but now the bass does not sound I tried it out and if the bass works but when connecting it to a hometeater the bass horn does not work at all

I can't access DEC MODE. on my sony dav-dz777....anybody with a fix? Or can we update the firmware to the systems? If so, how?
