Need to make one for this current model killer instinct boss 405 too. This is my first crossbow ever and thought I’d call them for some help with assembly cause I’m just not good at this type of stuff and don’t want to mess anything up. Was in the Marines for 6 years and know how to assemble an AR or M16 etc but that was that. This shit is kinda confusing cause it’s whole different type of deal. Also this video doesn’t even cover the rest of the assembly!?!!!
it's not very difficult, it just takes a minute to sit down and digest what exactly needs to be done to make it operational. the quiver assembly & scope are different stories but those obviously are not crucial for the weapon to operate on a base level. what part specifically are you having issues with? To get it in working order it's about as simple as described in the video. make sure the Cable Slide mentioned at the beginning of the video goes underneath the barrel where the groove/slot is that extends roughly half the length of the barrel, along with the two cables that you wedge in it. The draw string remains resting on top of the barrel. You'll know when you have it assembled correctly because the holes on the front assembly will line up perfectly & you will have no problem tightening the screws - no cross threading and you should not have to force them in at all, except obviously when you torque them down all the way. *Make sure the safety is OFF when you initially cock it in order to test fire it, the weapon will not cock with the safety on and just like most crossbows the safety is automatically engaged once cocked* (obviously make sure it does engage before you put a bolt in it...not trying to digress & go on a crossbow safety 101 tangent). Hope this helps a little bit with the Boss 405 assembly.
I just got the boss 405 For some reason every time I go to shoot my crossbow I’m shooting 1 1/2” low and I have to sight my scope in again every time what do you thank the issue is?
I have the lethal 405 with illuminated scope. Bow is great. Scope junk out of the box. No help from K.I. The only thing worse than the scop is there customer service. Oh well.👎
Mine came with no instructions and seemingly the wrong parts. Makes no sense. This stuff always happens to me tho. Just proof that God hates me and doesn’t want me to have anything

You forgot to show us the lube that just sat there for the whole video… Probably would’ve been helpful if you did that first before anything else.
