- In this video, we are going to show you all how to remove all the seats in the Bronco Badlands. In case you have not been following us, we are removing the seats (next video will be rest of the interior) so we can install Dynamat. Dynamat reached out to us some time ago and asked if we could tray out their custom cut kits for the 2021 Bronco. Of course we said yes. :)
We are dividing the videos into groups. 1) Cargo Area Removal, 2) Cargo Area Dynamat Install 3) Door Panel Removal 4) Door dynamat install 5) Seats Removal 6) Rest of Interior Removal 7) Dynamat Floor Kit Install. We have 1 surprise video coming up and will not be revealed until a little later. So if you have not subscribed yet, please do so. Hit the notification bell so you don't miss our upcoming video. We do occasionally do surprise videos - its rare, but that's all the more reason to sub. & make sure to follow us on instagram @1Five1Garage and @dogsof1five1garage.

Going through the same process now. Thanks for recording these videos! 💯
Welcome :)
Do y’all fight? Y’all are the perfect power couple!
No. She has me well trained. Lol.
Great content! Subbed, and always a thumbs up!
Thanks!!
Good tutorial. This was for me actually very simple disassembly , takes. About 15 minutes for the double seat and 10 minutes fir the single one. 19 mm big size arched with crescent bar very easy ! Than fallow with cordless drill to take all bolts out. Two nuts Torx style holding belts are easy again with Broncos included torx driver and ratchet wrench in every Broncos glove compartment
It’s fun job and should take about 45-60 minutes to do with right tools
Glad it helped
A lot of work, thanks for sharing the process
No problem at all.
This was very helpful to me - thank you!@. I'm doing a DIY driver side seat delete.
Glad it was helpful!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I *think* that the electrical connector under your front seats will be there, with or without power seats. The in-seat airbag, the weight-sensor, plus the seat-heater are all run through that same connector. If you have power seats, that connector has a few more wires populated in it, but even without power seats those connectors should still be there, I think.
The more I watch this, the less I want to actually do it. LOL. I'm still waiting to see how much of a difference it makes in the overall sound. I'll definitely be watching this series until the end -- I want to know if all this work is worth it. Thanks!
You are correct. But not sure if it is the same connector style.
If you’re considering a rear seat delete, goose gear has released they’re rear seat delete kit. I’m doing that to mine as well as camp kitchen and I believe, from what I’ve read, that the seat delete requires the 8” drawer module. Previously they only had rear seat delete for 2door but have now released tha 4 door version!!
We removed the seats to get the rest of the interior out in order to put dynamat in. ❤️
@@1Five1Garage yes, but you mentioned in your header rear seat delete, I thought you might be contemplating it!!
@@timjackson4927 you might want to do more reading on those Goose deletes on the Bronco forums...seems quality control is not their forte, even for the steep price they charge.
@@etmccaus I will, however I’ve had personal experience with there products for jeeps and have found they’re quality to be quite good. That of course doesn’t mean the quality carries through to the bronco line, I will definitely check into it, thanks!!
One 3/8 or 1/2 4x8 sheet of HDPE, a router, and some screws will make a very nice delete kit. HDPE is strong stuff and holds screws on edge very well. You can make drawers and cabinets by using deck screws to form into the shapes that you desire.
Hello. I have rear seat motor fault monitor notification. I noticed when I put my rear seat down (behind driver side) my seat covers had got tangled and pulled a cable and broke it. I'm trying to find where this cable goes to. Any suggestions? Thank you . Can't find any schematics on wiring anywhere. Love your videos !!
You can try and go into the parts department and they should be able to give you a better schematic of where it’s at. Try that first before you tear into the vehicle.
I also see you have the carpet! Mine will have rubberized floor so dynamat will be a challenge in the front.
I believe the rubberized flooring is removable like the carpet. Not a bonded coating to the floor.
I’m thinking it is an applied material similar to the way a bed liner is applied, if and when mine ever gets built and delivered, I’ll let you know!! Lol !!
I will look at our Black Diamond today and find out. it has the MGV and rubberized floor.
The flooring in the Black Diamond (rubberized flooring) is just a thick rubber mat that is formed to the floor pan. It is removable.
@@1Five1Garage well I certainly appreciate the information, but that fact is very disappointing. On the bright side, it will accommodate the dynamat easily!!
Bad ass broncos
Ty
Seems to be a lot of work to reduce road noise. What will the DBA be?
For some yes, but we like doing this. plus we wanted to see what is under all the panels for the stereo going in the Black Diamond.
Did you need to disconnect the battery first?
I have the same question, and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
I would recommend it. I’d rather disconnect it and not risk anything running a short or ground but that’s just me tho
Looks like a modern-day Bang Bus…
Lol
No Air bags in the seats ?????
Lol there are airbags in seats ❤️
Just one question, why?
Just one word. Dynamat.
Adding Dynamat sound deadening to it for a quieter ride during long travels.
Upset about the click bait photo and zero follow up.
What click bait we removed the seats. What follow up did you want. We added dynamat to her Bronco. Thanks for the view though.
Rich folk playing with their expensive toys.
LOL not rich... Retired military veteran who got 3 degrees while in and now works his ass off to get what he wants by working 10+ hours a day 6 days a week.
At least I'm not sitting around whining about what other people have.
