Hi Si, love your videos mate, I’m especially glad I’ve found this one as I think I have near on the exact same problem, same 46/54 discrepancy, I will try the form wedge on that right side, looking forward to seeing your results
Hi Si.. any update on power numbers and overall difference with legs equalled out? Is there a better balance between the two legs now and have you noticed any significant overall changes
have L/R lenght differnce. Had some shims on old road shoes years ago for outside use. Now with trainer shoes made my own using thin cardboard then put under the road cleat the old road bike is the trainer bike. Should get a fit cheek on my trainer bike as its has been years as one knee is starting feel pain form longer or harder rides.
Really great to be able to help you Simon.
Cool vid and coolest uncle ever!
Really useful stuff! Thank you. I have had some adductor problems and hip soreness too. I’ll look into my L/R balance data now. Thanks Si!
Great video Si. I have the same L/R power discrepancy and the occasional right knee pain. Looking forward to seeing your results!
any update to this video?

What is the logic behind the longer leg putting out less power?
With the Wahoo Kickr having an adjustability base on each side, is there any merit in adjusting each side to compensate for uneven body position?
No I don’t think so Steve. I think it could only make the hip balance worse.
Hi. When do you think you could have any results of the benefits?

I found it interesting to see your shorter legs produces higher power. I've got a shorter right leg but produce less power with that leg...
Any update? How does it feel?
Update coming soon as had to have more investigations .
my left right balance 70/30 😑
