They competed against Naturally7 and lost by 8points. They were supposed to sing a million dreams, but the show changed it to flashlight. And when their performance was shown on TV, the higlights were cut (the show was taped). The belts, the riffs and the whistle was axed. Darn.. They killed it. Another exceptional and stellar performance. Everytime they stepped up on the stage, they always set it on fire. With Keifer's clear whistle, soulful belting of Francis, Mackie's beautiful falsetto and flawless riffs and runs, the swag and attitudes, they left us in awe. As always amazing harmonies. Their ages, Mackie-13, Francis-12 and Keifer - 14. We feel you, guys. For us, Filipino they are our World's Best and very proud of them. Mackie's Team A

Couldn't agree more.
This is the most viewed of all the performance videos posted by The World's Best which says something in itself. TWB also introduced the Boys to a larger U.S. audience and the show led to the Boys appearing on James' late night talk show and the video of that appearance also garnered huge views and trended at #1. So while many, including myself, felt they were used and shouldn't have been eliminated, they are in it for the long run and gained much more than they lost, TNT Boys forever.

Thank you for this.. They are both equally talented and amazing but like you guys KEIFER also is my favorite he occupies the biggest part of my heart.. Anyways even though they dont bring the title but still they are the winners of the viewers and overflowing blessings come.. World Tour, TV guesting, new album and etc. and they desserve all of that because of their passion and sincerity of what they did..

the long wait is over😍 finally😘 you are right they don't need the World's Best. they said that on the championship round they're supposed to sing A Million Dreams but it was changed to Flashlight with so many cuts .. that's why the boys looked sad in their performance.

your correct, this kind of show use only the like of TNT boys. just sad that the boys experience this kind of politics. if you could see their last performance where they sing flashlight, you will notice that something happened before they perform. in their instagram post they suppose to sing A Million Dreams but something happen that they ended up singing flashlight. you reacted to them a lot and you can notice that they are not on their usual attitude on stage. TWB also cut all the best part of the performance even keifer's whistle which their manager confirmed to justify the result. but the crowd reaction can proved that the boys still did great.

Lot of American competitions manipulate or change so that the real amazing ones never win intentionally. They make America look bad. Cause of this, it's going to plummet even if they make it next season or maybe less competitors will compete. KARMA...OF FAILURE

ah. to me it seemed odd. not that flashlight was bad but it shouldn't have been last. like the first one was big and then this one was bigger and it needed to be even bigger and flashlight, especially that version of it was more soft and intimate but not...it seemed an odd choice and I thought it was odd that they would have made that choice because they are very aware of their performance and progression and all of that. This isn't their first show by any means. That makes more sense and that's unfortunate.
After listening to the performance of the song they wanted to sing that they just released I feel, though it was more dynamic than Flashlight it was still in the same vein and not a big enough song to be the climax after the first 2 songs. I think they did a great job but I think it would have had the same problems. That being said, they should have let them sing what they wanted and at least gone out on their own terms.

The boys were not eliminated on this round...they scored a perfect 50/50/50 from the US judges and a combined 97/100 with the international judges (their opponents scored a combined 43/100).

If you will watch their Championship round you will notice something in their performance, they did Flashlight, but it was not their championahip round song, they practiced A Million Dreams. Yea you will smell something fishy in that Show

Im so proud to be a Filipino for this world class young singer from the Philippines.
Philippines has so many world class singer like the TNT Boys. ( To those who is thinking what is TNT it stand for TAWAG NG TANGHALAN a local contest in English is CALL OF STAGE and this three boys are product of this contest they did no win the contest just a finalist during grand finals. The management think of putting them into history.

What I think is significant when discussing "why?" the answer was "This is America. Do you need to ask why?" A very astute reply. Sanity WILL win this "cold civil war" but it will take decades to recover. Hopefully over those decades that new generation will be educated. These boys, btw, are angelic.

TNT Boys got eliminated because there was a last minute instructions to change the song which they were about to perform in the Championship Round and instead sang Flashlight with so many cuts... Hence they got eliminated...
