As for this home - wow! Very nice. I will say it's not entirely my taste, but I do see its appeal. I like that kitchen frig with the see through door. And that sink faucet that you have to pump ...oh that's right, you were kidding. :)
Not a fan of the downstairs fireplace, but I did like the upstairs one. Both primary bedrooms are nice. Not a fan of plaid, but that's just a matters of ones own taste.
That room upstairs off the wine cellar was special. And with its own private deck? How cool is that. :)
So .....4.3 mil you say? I'll offer 3.7. 😀
