C'est cela , qu ' on appelle Art martial à main nu. Savoir chuter sur le parquet , non seulement sur le Tatami. Les techniques de saisies sont parfaitement parfait. une démontration sans improvisation. Les saisies KATATE DORI sont bien maîtrisés. Les kata sont courts mais les applications parfaites et réalistes à cent pour cent. 👍👈🙏

Oui c'est ça le karate martial, tout est permis. Par contre le karate compétition, absence de tatamis pour amortir les chutes comme à l'original des années 60-70, les karate ka moderne de l 'an 2000 business,marketing. .. obligent. Trop de protections. . trop de règlement. .?! mêmes si on a des millions des licenciés mais peu de spectateurs, c'est un échec monumentale. Et ce serait compréhensible, qu' il n'y aura pas de karate aux jeux olympiques en France dans 4 ans.Les karateistes ne savent pas chuter. A voir et revoir à l'honneur des professeurs qui défendent dans ces domaines. Professeurs 5 Dan , qui ont des élèves 6 ème Dan et 7 ème Dan.La fédératisation ne regarde pas ses administrateurs, qui défendent la fédération nationale les services rendus. À voir, à revoir,rectifier et honorer ses serviteurs dans l'ombre dans l'oubli depuis plus de 45 ans, ils sont encore là en activité.(À SIGNALER À LA FÉDÉRATION C'EST NORMAL )
Nice throws and grapples in the 2 vs 1 portion. I think it is similar to some moves in Jujitsu.

seems like a well rounded martial art, blending the hard and soft. Hapkido is another traditional martial art that seems to be well-rounded striking with basic grappling etc. These shorinji folks seem a bit more precise, more speed, power, and fluidity in their movements than the Hapkido guys. Really dig the Enbu training. Yes it's choreographed, but it teaches you how to move. Enbu should just be considered Level 1 sparring. Level 2 is light controlled sparring, Level 3 is 75% against real fighters and MMA guys. Then your onto something. Look guys we all know modern MMA is where it's at, but I think every MMA fighter should have some traditional Martial Arts background, the more well rounded, the better. Shorinji Kempo seems like a good foundation, too bad you gotta be a monk nerd and renounce violence.

No its technical logic of shoring ji. Look at Wado ryu jujutsu kempo. they are many different types of karate martial arts mix with karate shiai, Just choose yourself your art.
