Amazing. I just had a discussion with my technicians about quick exhaust valves and their purpose. You lesson was on point and cemented what i spoke about. Now that i have come across this lesson i will now use this as a reference in the future. Thank you so much
I got hydraulic circuit when 3x exhaust lines are connected together to common return. Not going into details, at some specific circumstances pressure from one exhaust can push for another exhaust but from exhaust port.
I dig what you're saying. If you've got all 3 exhaust lines piped together you'll might have problems with QEV2 and QEV3 if QEV1 dumps to exhaust because QEV1s exhaust could back flow into QEV2 and QEV3. Long story short they'll probably need 3 independent exhausts.
Probably a glitch in the animation but the animation for the no quick exhaust valve does not show the ball-check being open upon de-energizing the solenoid. Good explanation though.

Very nice! Glad to see these lectures being used outside of academia.
Very well made video.
❤
what would happen if I would put pressure from the exhaust? QEV will open and and the cylinder will fill up?
Could you put a hat on your foot? Yes but why?
