Dave - I really appreciate your detailed reviews! I personally love what the Fluent ecosystem provides from an agency perspective and I'm looking forward to using this with Fluent Support and Fluent CRM - which we already use. I also agree that the automations are what's missing for me to make the full commit to using Fluent Boards. Another feature I'd like to see is some form on internal documentation - because we have a full list of task templates for the services we provide and then we use our current PM docs feature to hold instructions for our team members who execute the tasks. I'd also like to be able to have an internal board for admin users only, which the other team members would not be able to access.
Thanks for your detailed comment @D3FY_Agency. For now -- You should be able to create a public board and then protect it for specific user types with something like WP Fusion or a membership tool.
Thank you for this great explanation! I think the great thing is that you can download and upload boards. The conditional logic of fluent forms also works perfectly when you link it to a board. Personally, I don't think automation is a problem either, because the webhooks honor well enough.
Automations are definitely needed! What if I want to assign a task to my designer when it hits a specific column (say moving from copy to design stage) and back to me when it's ready for review?

But thank you for the comment. :)
@@dave-swift Ah ok, . I understood something different about automation. You're right. I agree (-;👍
Yeah, that's just one small example. Lots of ways to automate a workflow that involves multiple people. What would you automate with webhooks?
Thanks! Always informative.
Thanks for watching!
thank you
Thank you 👍
bad price, if unlimited was 299 i would give it serious consideration. at 599 easy pass
It is expensive compared to a free Trello plan! However integration and ownership of your data may make it worth it for some.
