I think that his female lawyer exhibited even more bizarre behavior because of her unprofessionalism. She should know better than to be laughing it up and making smirky remarks during the trial. She was very upsetting to watch.

The man is bi-polar and has ADHD. He has also been in jail for almost 4 years and he has been kept in solitary confinement without phone or visitation privileges for the last year. He is finally around people, able to interact, and see his loved ones which I’m sure is exciting but probably extremely overwhelming after being alone for the last year. For people to judge this man is crazy. Most don’t have the mental strength to survive that type of existence. And that’s all while he is supposed to be considered innocent since he has yet to be riven guilty

He seems to be in his own word at times, like he may be on the spectrum. People are watching him more than the actual evidence that’s why they are certain he will be found guilty. I predict there will be a lot of upset people. They keep saying every week damaging evidence is on the way, “this will prove his guilt” but it’s yet to be seen.

Most of the law and crime reporters are totally charmed by his charisma and biased in his favor.

This lawyer, yoh... an answer and an excuse for every action and the behaviour of this defendant. If this was another person on trial for murder and they were caught giggling and joking around, immediately the viewers would be up in arms claiming that they show absolutely no remorse. I have ADHD myself, yes there are different degrees of the disorder, but if my life waa on the line and my two friends were dead, this is no way I would be acting or presenting myself to the public. It's disgusting.

Could it be that this is an extremely unconfortable situation for all parties, leaving some people to act under duress. Possibly causing some " not so normal" behavior. But imagine what we'd look like up there televised for days on end. Watch how you judge a situation, especially without all of posible context. I do think Melly's actions are uncommon, but who knows. Where not inside neither of their minds.
