Hola Lyn porque no le preguntas si ahora que pasó la tormenta si ése lugar se inundo porque si no se inundó talves puedas construir lejos del río y con haces más altas, Es que cuando compraste el otro Tereno de viaje se veía que hay ya se abia inundado anteriormente porque el terreno se veía pelado y lleno de piedras y tras de eso con un riachuelo a la pura par de la casa más rápido se inunda
Porque si con esa tormenta no se inundó quiere decir que no se inunda. Y puedes construir pero de todas maneras hacerla de piso más alta.
Que triste tu situación, pero cuando compraste el terreno tu viste que estaba cerca del arroyo, por eso te lo dio barato, ahora aunque este lugar es hermoso también esta cerca de un arroyo, y por más que quisieras construir una casa con bases más altas que la que tenias si viene otra inundación seria igual perderias todo, hay gente muy buena que te puede ayudar a conseguir un buen terreno, no te desesperes ni te apresures en comprar en un lugar con peligro de inundación, Dios te bendiga y pidele a él que te provea de un lugar seguro para ti y tu niño, eres muy trabajadora e inteligente y buena por eso Dios no te va a dejar sola, ánimo bendiciones 🙏🙏🙏

O terreno que ele te propôs para trocar fica próximo ao Riacho, você precisa ver se esse terreno foi inundado agora recente ? Procure pessoas experientes nesse assunto e peça ajuda para te orientar . Não tenha pressa para resolver .

You should keep the exchange land and use it for agricultural purposes. Plant the land and sell the produce so that you can make some money from it, Also you can build something temporary to stay on the land while you work the land. Whether it floods or not the value of land does not depreciate, don't matter how much of the soil is washed away. Dont build any thing flat on the land, but keep the land and use it to make some money.

Dans le sud de la France il y souvent des inondations , idem les terrain sont vendus pas trop chers, qui font que des personnes achètent pour se voir régulièrement inondés. Mais chez nous une fois que c'est vendu, les terrains ne sont pas repris même à 50 pour cent comme dans la vidéo , c'est définitivement perdu . Seuls ceux qui avaient des assurances ont une aide mais qui ne rembourse pas les pertes. Je rends grâce à Dieu j 'habite la haute Savoie un secteur épargner .
J'ai aussi interrogé les gens autour d'eux et ils m'ont dit qu'ils étaient souvent inondés, je ne sais plus quoi faire.
