I’m just wondering about the “slop”?
I’ve just recently replaced the front bearings on my old Buick. If it’s towards the tight end what problems might arise?

Too tight could heat up the bearing and cause it to fail.

Hmm...my old hub was full of grease. Some say it helps dissipate the heat. Gotta look into that one some more. Maybe just half full?
