Hi! Just a quick and friendly note on my part, because I have already had experience with these roofing membranes used as the top layer: the sanding will be washed out by the rain and in direct sunlight the material becomes soft, it stretches and the nail points tear. Especially with staple needles, which only have a small contact surface.
