You cannot imagine how excited I was when I saw this video. I was hoping for a runthrough for as long as this game's been sitting in my wishlist. Richard you're the best!
Franco-Belgian based companies like Asmodee or Iello have the resources and would probably have the easiest time working that out with his estate. Can you just imagine a Tintin board game graphically designed by Iello? Joy!
Wouldn't you get BOTH knowledge and navigation on nr. 3 card? Or does the rules say you have to pick. As far as i can tell the icon guide just say black = gain, so in my book (from the available info)that would mean you get both. If you could only get 1 of them i would almost assume they would be in seperate "banners" allowing you to only pick 1.
The 52 seems like a bad idea, atleast with the reasoning he gave (havn't finished yet, so might work out). He should have expected that cards (if not hers, unlikely though, then his subseqvent cards) would be played before it with 52 being such a high number.
i got this game. Bit disappointed. You can see your lives going in front of you in the cards. Theres something missing for me. Some mechanic maybe ? I dont know.
ind the idea of having all the cards showing what is in store for us not believable. they should be face down and you take your decisions not knowing what the next turn of the river and or the forest will bring on us next. Same thing with choosing what our next challenge will be, complete nonsense. I like the game but not with these rules. Also, they really could have put a few extra tokens for Camping, jungle knowledge and so on.

The production of this game is stellar! Cards look very sturdy and the art is just amazing for the theme.
I am digging the artwork on this. Very reminiscent of Hergé.
Goya Solidar oh man... Imagine a board game illustrated by Hergé! He would've driven himself into the ground over it probably heh..
It's about time someone made a better Tintin board game.
That would be great although I guess the licensing cost could be prohibitive...

Yeah that would be great!
0:07 I think it's worth mentioning that this game is not just a co-op / solo game but can also be played head-to-head.
i totally forgot to mention that, you're right!
Just received this yesterday! Together with Escape from 100 Million BC.
24:03 you throw away infected wounds which you could keep for rhe camping knowledge.
noted... thanks
24:03 the card shouldn't be discarded, you got the symbol on it to use later.
noted... thanks
Thanks Rahdo! You are a gaming god!
i will keep an eye to this game, look interesting
24:04 wait, shouldn't that card with the camping knowledge go to your resource card pile?
noted... thanks

you have to pick one or the other when you pay with that card for some future card.
OK, so there's no situation where you could pay both at once on a challlege that required you to pay 1 of each.

Those chits look too tiny for me... otherwise the game looks amazing.
Thx! +1 to wishlist
