Well... it usually happens where an opposing side will love to disagree with its opposing side, also for the sake of it. To see them meet in the middle is very interesting and refreshing.
@@Jonathonson while true, I'm not sure how you managed to not notice that the Republicans spent 8 years vehemently opposing things simply because they didn't want to give Obama any wins. Nevermind that that meant losing for their constituents, that was less important. That unreasonable opposition for the sake of opposition has also continued to this day. Yes, the two parties rarely agree, but the right has taken it to an extreme to the point where we can no longer assume they're ever acting in good faith... an assumption they've proven time and again to be a safe bet.
I'd say that happens quite a bit on both sides, that's why I don't like political parties.

@@carlindurfee7566 I didn’t write this comment to talk about the election, but you should know that Biden has explicitly stated many times that he will not raise taxes on anyone making less than $400,000 a year. The only taxes he’s really committed to raising are corporate taxes, and even then only by 7%.
