I agree. I was in an emotionally abusive friendship last year. It was absolutely horrific and my trust in people has wavered. So much manipulation and gaslighting. It's changed me as a person. Beware narcissistic abuse people. It's a very real thing
2021 was one of the worst years of my life as well, probably the worst year of my adult life as well. Ironically, 2020 was probably the best year of my adult life by far.
