    NOTES. Receiving the ball and proper positioning:
    15:08 - Must have strong base (bend your knees). Forward your hands when asking for the ball. Position yourself PERPENDICULAR to your defender.
    20:44 - Mikan drill. Also practice hook shots.
    29:11 - Take a look and assess the situation first. Also look at the positioning of your defender.
    Moves making use of the ball:
    33:14 - Mid-range shot.
    36:55 - Decision-making relative to defender's position. If D is far then go away for an open mid-range shot, if D is close then go toward the basket and punish his position.
    39:02 - Fake on to a mid-range shot.
    39:37 - Shooting towards the basket.
    40:16 - Sequencing a hook shot (fake-fake-hook).
    42:20 - Fake-fake-dribble-hook.
    43:06 - Fake-fake-dribble-spin-shoot.
    44:41 - Finishing exercise.
    Tactics:
    46:36 - Push the defender to create open space.
    48:00 - Making long pass.
    55:00 - Using body as shield to create open space.

    Bell'allenamento per i lunghi sotto canestro, ma la domanda mi nasce spontanea, in una squadra nel bene o nel male ci sono al massimo tre, per chi è fortunato quattro lunghi che possono lavorare in quella posizione, la domanda è, ma questo allenamento si può fare per tutti i giocatori anche medio alti o medio bassi? In fondo anche uno un po' più piccolino può andare in post basso, nn saprei.
