I have the 2019 Z71 Midnight Edition 4x4 LT - Improvements - Michellin Defender Tires over those crap GoodYear. Road noise is terrible. Never touched the Exhaust as I want a smooth ride without DRONE noise. Also installed a throttle command. It really improved the Tahoe into the smoothest driving machine. You can actually have conversations inside without yelling and listen to music at a lower volume. Tires are very important.

I had a 2016 Yukon SLE similar to yours drove it three years and 50,000 miles had no problems except when the expensive LED taillight broke
Unfortunately I have a 2015 Tahoe and the major issue I had was the transmission failure BUT it’s held up so well for the time I’ve driven 100k and that’s it best vehicle ever owned I love it has the transmission had problems with yours cus the fixed it in 2017
Same. 2016, Transmission went out at 88k. Now brand new with a high heat torque converter with 97k. Ready to roll for the long haul.
man you have to get some katzkin leather, I have a 2016 LS, I installed it myself took along time but was well worth it, no more pet hair sticking or anything like that. :)
This is a “custom midnight, third row delete” . I own one, love that it’s the most affordable and best looking Tahoe out of the factory.

Hey man a Little tip when you wash your car do the windows first and the the paint because if you do the paint first and the the windows your gonna have nasty streaks all over the car and windows
Chevy V8s and the best. My 07 Tahoe has 264k miles and purs like yours. Rides amazing. 16mpg. I wish mine was a 4x2 so I would get better mileage.

Chevy 5.3 are open with no covers my 2018 looks exactly like that second battery holder for if yoi want to add a plowor other accessories.

I have 33 at tires on 22 inch replicas on 2015 tahoe.. wheel alignment is good but it rides really rough,steering wheel loose and I feel every bump in the road, any idea on what's the issue?
With the chrome already peeling or bubbling up why don't you vinyl wrap the grill black. Ohh and those auto car washes use very diluted soap
Ain't gonna lie hella like the Tahoe more than the ram lol. I've had plenty of dodges and never cared for them the quality is shit 😂 😂 but the duramax didn't seem to good for ya either

What running boards do have on it?
The new 5.3 is actually an LT motor. The older one is the LS. The LT is direct injected while the LS is not.

It would be a lot sharper with fender flares windows tinted bug guard and window shades sunroof deflector then you have a real truck don't get me wrong got a good platform to work with
No fender flares or bug gaurd the others would look great. Fender flares collect dirt grim salt and will rust out your truck quick. Use fender flares to cover that up when trying to sell.

That Tahoe is just a good base to mod. I actually prefer cloth seats myself.
I have a 2016 LS installed katzkin leather way nicer than the OEM thin leather. I also installed the LTZ grill to avoid the honeycomb water drop issues.

Navigation more accurate than google maps?! Imma need to see a video on that, sir. Chevy nav...doesn't account for traffic patterns though - does it? I've never used mine
Nah, it cost over 100 bucks to buy a Vin number specific USB drive with the maps update from chevy. Even so sometimes the land nave will freeze and not keep you on the map.
Go to the touch less car wash especially with black paint.

Is ur Tahoe lease or financed, also what restrictions do you have for warranty in terms of modifying ur truck?
Warranty is good till 36k and I don’t care, didn’t buy the truck for the warranty. I think tavarish says is best, I’m the warranty.

I took our 16 year old minivan thru an automated carwash for the first time. It was a mistake. Fucker started misfiring real bad and everything. Drove fine afterwards. Life on a dirt road lol. Well just wait for rain next time.
And the dual batteries in the Tahoe is for law enforcement. They have to have an extra battery for all there gear.

Man I knew I was cringing for a reason, after you went into the carwash again. Never get through without getting scratches and they're Never ever clean, they just are a waste of money and time.
For the most part, I would agree. However, I recently found one near my house that does an AMAZING job. I think a lot of it has to do with how they condition the water, chemicals, and the brushes. Saves me so much time. I run it through and spot check it with some quick detailer and microfibers after I pull out of the tunnel. The color of the car is also a big factor. Black and dark colors show EVERYTHING. I now drive a silver tahoe and it is so much easier to maintain than the black SUV I had.

Bad thing is your probably scratching the hell out of it when you are wiping the dirt off with the rag. My hair is standing up on the back of my neck. Lol
literally anything will scratch the paint. driving down a road and your car gets dusty and then it rains that rain water is carrying the dirt all across the surface making microscopic abrasions in the surface there is no realistic way to keep paint from getting scratched dont lose your mind
@@zachzorlac9839 sorry, I was a painter for 15 years. Pressure, movement equals scratch. It's embedded in me now because I had to have a very focused eye.

@@TKsGarage I did send a email to cervini, the people that make many of the best body kits for Ford mustangs and asked them if they could make a functional ram air hood and body kit 15-20 tahoes. They said that inorder for them to do that they have to have many people request the same idea for the same vehicles.

Do you ever know you're using Vacuums at the carwash and they never really vacuum that well I opened up one it's no longer in business and there's big filters in there and they never shake them out neighbor and fill up and they never take care of them and you pay that money and they don't work
