I was looking for instructions for the 6160, but for some reason stayed and watched the whole thing anyway. Lol

The brew unit seems to be stuck in our CVA 6401 machine along with the waste container... can't remove either. And the machine won't do anything other than tell me to degrease the brew unit. Any ideas?

Turn off the breaker for about 30 seconds and turn it back on it should initialize the brew unit and put it back in basic state for removal
