It's basically how the game would look if it were on a decent mid 1990s arcade machine. Like a Sega Model 2. 60FPS, smoothed out texture filtering, no warping. Features only seen on expensive arcade boards of the day.

Does the 60fps cheat, once you apply it, work in any race or do you have to reach a certain stage/level in the game for the cheat to work
