Ive been top main for many seasons. Now I play adc and I feel like im the most op role in the game. but that might just be becouse top lane is bad on another level
ADC is the most OP it's been in a long time, enchanter hypercarry meta and TP changes are great

Respect for being able to sleep for 13 hours straight but I could never do that, it's literally physically impossible for me even if I wanted to.
The sleeping environment makes all the difference.
Many people don´t turn down their phones so, after around 6 hours, any small noise starts to disrupt your sleep. You get called, you wake up and don´t go back to sleep.
Another thing is lighting. A black room in which you can´t even see your hands makes it a lot easier. Some people are scared of the dark or feel stressed out by it so they leave their doors open or have a window without a curtain.
you can learn it i have slept up to 19 hours (without being sleep deprived or anything). it helps if the dreams are fun and you are a little sad
For the last 6 months I've been sleeping 12 hours straight every single day. 12 to 12 XD so I only get 50% of my hours actually being awake. :') great.
