She is extremely talented, and at this point she is at an all time high in her career. I feel a bit sad for her when her work gets overshadowed by Yasir's controversies, but she sensible enough to not get publicly involved in them.
Honestly , Pakistani awaam is all about raising these controversies..I mean they literally interfere in everything and try to act smart which is just ridiculous..

I hate how people ask Iqra Aziz about her marital life and choice because of what Yassir Hussain does. I mean calm down, you don't even know how he is as a husband. And all Yassir Hussain did was to talk about Ertugral, if he feels that the industry was threatened, he felt it! You don't need to worry about how Yassir Hussain is going to affect her career, just worry and care about how your comments might affect their relationship.
And he was not wrong after all, designers are going to Turkey for shoots in the name of uniting cultures and then they hire Turkish models, select Turkish locations, increase their economy and in return the Turkish don't even look at Pakistan. The brand ambassadors of different brands have been changed to Turkish actors and in return they don't even know any much Pakistani actors, now ofcourse the brands can do anything they want. If Yassir Hussain actually talked about Nosheen Shah, then she "might" have done something. Now I am not saying that Yassir Hussain is "dud Ka dhula", ofcourse he must make mistakes as well. I am just saying to stop questioning Iqra and Yassir about their relationship choices using these situations as a reason.
But we don't talk about how he takes stand for women rights, we don't talk about how he supports his wife even if that means bashing someone.
Iqra Aziz is one of the most hard-working and a shining star of our industry and it proves that the projects in which she has worked in.Probably I think I can mark Raqeeb Se as one of the mega project she has done till this date.Btw I'm really fond of her house as much as Amna is.

So humble, so intelligent, so well-spoken, so grateful for her blessings WOW! WHAT IS IN THIS GIRL!!! Usually, whenever I would like celebrities their real personalities would be nice but never this deep and peaceful. She makes me realize and be grateful for my own blessings (the things I have, the people in my life, etc). She has easily become my biggest inspiration.
Lemme say this, this is the first proper IV of her's am watching and am liking her so much. She is poised, calm, educated progressive yet simple grounded person. Such clarity of thoughts she has.
Not to delve into her personal life but I would like for someone like her to reach to the top. She is already in a steady state in her career n this will only take her further high. Hope she doesn't put a stop to this.

Bright yellow curtains clashing with shiny bright red fridge and rustic teal drawers.
Loud wall paper clashing with ornate traditional furniture and a contrasting picture in a plain white frame on wall.
Color and style of wood of the table that just does not go with the very elegant finish of the doors.

Most peaceful interview in a loooong while, or probably the only peaceful interview. Best thing about Iqra is that , even though she is so strong a person and comes from a place where “ feminism / females” were n are strength, she doesnt rub it in the face, there is acceptance of it n of every aspect of life n thats what feminism according to me is all about . And with acceptance comes humility , peace, groundedness n calm. If there is dark there is light too if there is wrong there is right , acceptance of every aspect makes life worthwhile

Regrading burqa, it is common of women Nawab family to wear burkas and sit in vehicles with black curtains but then go to big cities and water modern clothes, or go abroad and go all western
What part of pakistan is Bahria town? Which is 1.5 hours from Karachi. I would love to look into this as a International residence.

Wonderful interview... I hv personally experience with some feudal lords type familes just like "khuda aur muhabat". And must say the director portrayed absolutely truth of mahi's family. There r ladies in real life who observe extreme perda in their home town but remove it when go out of town. Even their servants shout perda perda when they r going out. It's so true. No doubt nahi removed her abbaya in lahore.
Actually I also have seen a girl in our college.... Same parda things at home... But in college even dance in presence of dhol wala... So these things happen..
