this one works best without scoring--its kind of a slack dough and creates a lot of steam in the Dutch oven to burst into its own shape. thanks for watching!

That looks super easy and tasty.
It's a pity the recipe is in cups. What does 3 cups of flour weigh in grams? What does 1.5 cups of water weigh? And dosent kosher salt have different volume to table salt, so a teaspoon of each will weigh differently.
Conversion charts are pretty useless as they can differ by 30 grams when converting flour. Perhaps you could help the rest of the world out by putting the metric measurements in the description? That really would be greatly appreciated.
