The issue is, most people will see their first catalyst in like a month from now. Also you need a ton of essences, regals, and exalts to finish one good ring
As a new starter, when do i need to care about crafting ? Act 4+? Should i regal from act2 or some gears can carry thru acts? I think i have been wasting some regals
Number 1 rule of crafting is don’t waste your money crafting, unless you play ssf & you have too. Especially if you don’t know what you’re doing & the system doesn’t allow for deterministic outcomes.
why do you think they are hiding ability to search certain things from us? didn't Jonathan said the trade website will be running but at limited capacity because is not a priority for EA release? they don't have the resources to make it 1:1 as poe1 trade really good content. loving all about socket crafting, trade search, monk tech. keep it up.

I used it for the whole day yesterday, but you sometimes get that if you have more than three stat groups or if you have a lot of mods in them.
I play on console, how do you get your stash tabs to show vertically like that? I have bought the stash tabs and it only shows the tabs horizontally? Can anyone help?
Never played poe 1. No idea what weighted sum is. I was trying to figure out how to use the poe 2 trading website. Still foggy on it. Hoping for somone to make a video on how to use and navigate poe 2 trading website because I'm lost.
Weighed sum can be used for searching several mods that works for your build you can put different weights in. So mods that give you the biggest boost that you want more, you would put as a higher value. Mods that still are useful you can mark as a lower value. Then you can have the trade site list the total sum from highest to lowest or like he did and only list of it has a total sum of equal to or greater than a set value. Hope this helps
@@AlCap0le I mean the little window on the right side with all the tabs listed vertically instead of horizontal. Does it only happen when you reach X amount of tabs? I don't see a method or button to press to make it filter like that.
As a normal you know full time worker, I like to just set small goals like get through this act tonight, or complete the campaign. Just small stuff like that to keep me going haha.
To me it seems absolutely crazy that they don’t want to encourage more crafting. Because of the rarity of even being able to ATTEMPT to craft something, once you get an exalt or regal you save them. It’s completely stupid imo. The game should incentivize and encourage players to experiment with rolls, rather than never really do it at all. I have 15 thousand orb of augmentations, yet every item I pick up is rare. So, basically useless. Very frustrating and unnecessary frugality of the ability to craft.
Good video for the wrong lesson. Take away here is that if you need some quick fixes for resistances just go pick a cheap ring (or anything else) from the trade site. You can find gear with some lower life rolls cheap too. I mean the double dip consept on crafting is good and trans+aug is valid for fishing for the two perfect affixes but people should just start by buying cheap upgrades. Exalt slamming is mostly a waste unless you actually know you have a good basea and people usually don't.

The overwolf overlay is out you can just alt+d and search. Not sure how correct it is but it gives a good idea
6k hrs and never used weighted sum aside from PoB searches, this explained it pretty well thanks.

Wait until you see poe2db when you start crafting. Better don’t check craftofexile^^

If you mean the essence tab in the stash, you can buy it in the shop. Wait for a stash tab sale of ggg so you can buy more tabs for the same money

@ option wheel at your stash . Hide unavailable tabs.
