questions tho, how come the crepe paper didn't tear apart when you stretch it? are there different kinds of crepe paper? because i thought crepe paper is easily torn especially when you stretch it. and what tape did you use to glue it all together? the green one?

I have use crepe paper italian, it's is hard to tear when stretch; and use "Green Floral Tape " to glue it all together
