Except for people who have no life and are bored 24/7 like me so decide to annihilate servers, getting a good crowd of teamers to then wipe them out one by one while happily watching them ragequit. It's fun, you should try it if you're good at the game. If you're not good uhhh-.. Character combo guides are helpful.

Sometimes im testing a character and a guy begins to try fighting me, i say "dude stop" just for some time before trying the combos, maybe sinstead of calling them random believers try asking if they are trying something new and cant afford private servers

I don't think you mentioned them but I don't like the type of players that just because you use specific character(s) they automatically call you a "bad player" or just get angry and don't accept defeat. And It's surprising how SoulShatters isn't even a big community (I mean, it's not small either), yet we still have many variants of toxic players. I want to think Random Believers probably are not used to playing an FFA fighting game but still, that isn't an excuse for being toxic just because someone started fighting you ""randomly"", the best you can do is just play the game and fight against them like you're supposed to instead of just saying "random" or "stop" every single time. I remember when in the past, the game was nice, people helped each other, there were some toxics, they got killed, we didn't want them to distroy our game, but people got bored, and they transformed in what they wanted to distroy, I just left.
I've been playing soul shatters a lot recently. I learned quick that people picking fights with you at random is sorta just part of the game. It's a free for all arena fighter. If someone wants to fight you they'll just fight you. Suck it up and just enjoy the game win or lose.
Dunno why it took this long or why some people are just getting that this is the soulshatter community lol, while the exploiters are becoming more common at this point the other sections have always existed ever since it blew up whether you refuse to acknowledge it at all.
Ok i just want to say something about the "anti teamers" who team on teamers. They are actually ALOT WORSE THAN YOU THINK. Even if you have good intentions to teach the teamer a lesson and then conclude with a final statement like "If you don't want to be treated like that, then don't treat others like that" then it will MOSTLY not work. It would just make the teamers think that you're hypocritical, therefore further believing that they have a RIGHT to teaming in soulshatters giving them the wrong message and making them team on other people in different servers. I've seen actual teaming communities hate on our community or the people who call themselves "anti teamers" because they've been targeted and teamed on through rosearch. I've even tried talking to those people and now i can actually understand their perspective of us. It's honestly a horrible idea to team on teamers because EVEN IF YOU AREN'T USING THE FACT THAT YOU ARE A "ANTI TEAMER" AS AN EXCUSE, YOU'D STILL BE VIEWED AS SOMEONE WHO IS A HYPOCRITE. It's damaging our reputation and what we represent, and it's only making our role to eradicate teamers more difficult. I don't care if teamers hate us or not, but we can't give them the wrong message by teaming on them. We want to show them that we want to only have fair fights unless it's just a bunch of friends fooling around with each other Otherwise not only will they team more, but they'd target US for teaming them, and making us look just as bad as they do. I play soulshatters because I find it fun. If I do come across a situation similar to those, I just either ignore it or simply confront it in the way that I see best at the time.
Honestly, I've seen my fair share (probably an understatement) of toxics across Roblox baseline. And it is just really.....REALLY aggravating that this $@&# is still happening day after day after day after day. And upon my many, many observations, 90% of players that I've met are more or less the same. In case it wasn't obvious, those similarities aren't good.
Teamers are the reason I've starting learning how to utilize scripts. Most especially, the ones that lock the victim into the "broken" animation for eternity. If you're going to stop me from playing the game, I'm sure going to make sure you can't either.

Honestly coming back to this video made me vaguely remember something on the Space map, someone had actually told me that Randoming apparently does exist because of something stupid, can't remember, but all I can remember about it is that they said something (I think) about how the description of the game not mattering and that how they're right about it existing? It was a fun game, I joined during the ruins update and enjoyed it really, it was fun as it was until things declined when roblox was getting laggy and shetz started to appear, I left after a major lag that affected nearly everyone and came back to see so many things that changed. It gave me some nostalgia I am quite sadden to see how it turned out over the past few months rip, could had lasted even more
By some reason i think that SS will still have bad community, even after rework. Maybe teamers and etc. will dissapear, but new types of weirdos will appear in future. For example - round ruiners in team vs team game mode, they will ruin round just to have attention on theirselfs... or just have fun of people reactions. Also random believers will be live forever, just because bunny can't change or delete stupid people. Btw exp begers kinda cute and funny =3 you can troll them, you can give them quest for your exp XD (sorry, my english not so well, but i just must say it)

Yes but no, in ucd you can lock on someone and attack other people (with moves that are like the special hell gtc has) and if they want to fight back they cant lock on so the only choice is to use attacks that does not require locking, now in soulshatters almost all the moves does not require lock but thats something bunny want to change (im not saying its something that will happen) making all or almost all of the moves require locking and that would be very annoying. Something i thought would making that when 2 people lock on you, Your stats should raise a bit or your hp (idk) or making the character not flinch when attacked so you wont have to worry about your combos being cancelled
usually now they abusing the system of glitchs at least is now baneable, but it also can lead you of being banned if you accidentally made a unknow glitch they will just report you and lie about it until you get banned. thats why I preffer making animation and had fun by my self instead of playing the game and meet like almost 4 exploiter each day
Ss still has these problems but to find real teamers just go to AB and believe me you will find some there ik most of them are new but i found some who are good but do it And ofc i won since i won't feel good dying to a teamer still good content keep up the work mate!

Man, I remember quitting ss, I just recently came back to it a couple days ago. I remember leaving specifically because of the players involved, and also, the fact that, when I joined the ss discord, I was harassed and called racial slurs by people, and the mods had no problem, at all with it, so much so that they just started laughing. Anyways, I came back to it to see how it was doing (the community). No. Nothing has changed, one of the devs, Kyu is actually very toxic, they are legit Part 5. I found this video while looking at combos and honestly yeah, this hits home. I noticed the game says "FIXED" but it's all the same, while they got rid of some glitches, sans is still OP, bete can still do that cheap one-shot" and as a stev main, I think they need a nerf. Idk man, just seems sad yknow?

Well i call for help becuase i started to play in the same time as i writed this comment, but if someone help me (that probably not) or i just leave the fight and when the one wo helped me stop fighting, i call him friend, or if someone dont help me i just wait that he stops (if he-her are a Frisk or a Betty they wouldn't) ut if that is not the case i play the game again just to have fun.
The best time I've ever had on this game was when I killed 2 teamers as betty. But to be fair they were terrible at the game. At least I stole one of their souls before they came back another 3 times to finally kill me.

@@xchara2058 ss does not have ults that literally oneshot you ah yes, gt frisk doing 80dmg to me in one move with s and a 1s startup while covering half of the map is balanced. ah yes, xchara/smx having 20-40 dmg combos with a total cooldown of 30s is balanced, and Sakuya's only viable combo starter recently got nerfed and has a 4s startup along with a 1 minute cd. they literally nerf the only character that was hard to use to the ground yet xchara which basically gives free wins is ok. ss has similar problems but not to the point where ults oneshot others, at least carrot god loses half their stamina and the hate ball can be destroyed/distracted/fled.

As I played the game, I started it thinking it was the best fighting game, and it was my first, lol. If you play other fighting games, you’ll realise this fighting game isn’t very good. For one, each character can play in any play style ( e.g. gt chara can be a zoner, rushdown, grappler, footsies, and all rounder) And the fighting mechanics are a little weird, like you can’t grab, which is cool and all, but is very much needed for most fighting games (mainly so grapplers can exist) And the game has a terrible balancing system.
its a simple process really all you do is... join. then you see teamers. you quit. (or fight but thats just pointless since they just gonna call on their friends until the server is against u)

I play soulshatters because I find it fun. If I do come across a situation similar to those, I just either ignore it or simply confront it in the way that I see best at the time.

Honestly, I've seen my fair share (probably an understatement) of toxics across Roblox baseline. And it is just really.....REALLY aggravating that this $@&# is still happening day after day after day after day. It was a fun game, I joined during the ruins update and enjoyed it really, it was fun as it was until things declined when roblox was getting laggy and shetz started to appear, I left after a major lag that affected nearly everyone and came back to see so many things that changed. It gave me some nostalgia I am quite sadden to see how it turned out over the past few months rip, could had lasted even more
By some reason i think that SS will still have bad community, even after rework. Maybe teamers and etc. will dissapear, but new types of weirdos will appear in future. For example - round ruiners in team vs team game mode, they will ruin round just to have attention on theirselfs... or just have fun of people reactions. Also random believers will be live forever, just because bunny can't change or delete stupid people. Btw exp begers kinda cute and funny =3 you can troll them, you can give them quest for your exp XD (sorry, my english not so well, but i just must say it)

Yes but no, in ucd you can lock on someone and attack other people (with moves that are like the special hell gtc has) and if they want to fight back they cant lock on so the only choice is to use attacks that does not require locking, now in soulshatters almost all the moves does not require lock but thats something bunny want to change (im not saying its something that will happen) making all or almost all of the moves require locking and that would be very annoying.
Something i thought would making that when 2 people lock on you, Your stats should raise a bit or your hp (idk) or making the character not flinch when attacked so you wont have to worry about your combos being cancelled

at least is now baneable, but it also can lead you of being banned if you accidentally made a unknow glitch
they will just report you and lie about it until you get banned.

Man, I remember quitting ss, I just recently came back to it a couple days ago. I remember leaving specifically because of the players involved, and also, the fact that, when I joined the ss discord, I was harassed and called racial slurs by people, and the mods had no problem, at all with it, so much so that they just started laughing. Anyways, I came back to it to see how it was doing (the community). No. Nothing has changed, one of the devs, Kyu is actually very toxic, they are legit Part 5.
I found this video while looking at combos and honestly yeah, this hits home. I noticed the game says "FIXED" but it's all the same, while they got rid of some glitches, sans is still OP, bete can still do that cheap one-shot" and as a stev main, I think they need a nerf. i like how sans is stronger than delta in this game. delta does 77 hits and 35 dmg but sans could do 77 hits and 77 dmg.

I honestly used to like SS, it's a great game with a ton of potencial in it, but the comunity made me quit the game for almost 2 years now, it's a real shame that the community didn't change a bit

The best time I've ever had on this game was when I killed 2 teamers as betty. But to be fair they were terrible at the game. At least I stole one of their souls before they came back another 3 times to finally kill me.

A false group of 3 anti teammers, just saying I'm a temmaer for fun, and killing me like "I saw you teamming" "why you team -insert emojis-" Welp,the whole server then start to killing me, and a person asked, "did someone really see him teamming?" Then the anti-teammers kill he too because the said "it's my team friend" poor boy.
I can explain the teaming thing right now, i just fight the guy who kept interrupting the fight to make it well, fair, the guy will get me to fight with, then the other people will be able to have their 1v1. EDIT: just realised they are talking about anti teamers who team on teamers, i just fight them bymyself so it will be a fair fight
I finally got my first teamer destruction, I defeated 3 guys who were ganging up on me. Cross's stab stun attacks are so good against teamers.

This is how I think we can save soulshatters( even tho that was 8 months ago) 1. Children who play it 24/7 need to touch grass and play other games 2. Learn common sense and be nice to people 3. Say gg and be polite to people when you win or lose if we do that ss won’t be toxic anymore and have a better light so more people play it

I used to be the king at soulshatters but then i stopped playing and well i got worse like a month later i played the game again and some jerk attacked me so i attacked him then he proceeded to run and attack someone else so the other person fought him then this group of people came up and said no teaming then proceeded to team on me -_-
I just hate sans that attack out of the blue because they can usually take you out in 1 combo, at least give people a chance to respond like dang.
I love how all people says exploiters in general are bad without talking about the good ones you can sometime see that just chill with customs and just isn't even attacking anyone. You people really need to stop putting every exploiters automaticaly in the "ew bad trash" bag and look at the one that doesn't even harm you and even laugh with you. You never saw any ? Not my problem if you are getting targetted by the wrong, unfunny ones. Aside of this thing where you need to grow up a little, the video is good.

ah yes, gt frisk doing 80dmg to me in one move with s and a 1s startup while covering half of the map is balanced.
ah yes, xchara/smx having 20-40 dmg combos with a total cooldown of 30s is balanced, and Sakuya's only viable combo starter recently got nerfed and has a 4s startup along with a 1 minute cd.
they literally nerf the only character that was hard to use to the ground yet xchara which basically gives free wins is ok.
ss has similar problems but not to the point where ults oneshot others, at least carrot god loses half their stamina and the hate ball can be destroyed/distracted/fled.

i got to a 1v3 im still the top of the game until the leader of the 3 people teaming on me was like "this kid is ez" so i challenge the leader and he rage quits that leader was a loser ngl. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHEN HE WAS TEAMING ON ME THE TWO MINIONS WAS THE ONE WHO TEAMS ON ME YET I STILL MANAGE TO SURVIVE LONG AND HE SAID "ez" LITERALLY DOES NOTHING IN THE BATTLE, THAT'S WHY HES DOG WATER IN THE GAME
As I played the game, I started it thinking it was the best fighting game, and it was my first, lol.
If you play other fighting games, you’ll realise this fighting game isn’t very good.
For one, each character can play in any play style ( e.g. gt chara can be a zoner, rushdown, grappler, footsies, and all rounder)
And the fighting mechanics are a little weird, like you can’t grab, which is cool and all, but is very much needed for most fighting games (mainly so grapplers can exist)
And the game has a terrible balancing system.
