@@battlesreign kimchi is literally the best player in the game, he was #1 in the early kill leaderboards for I think 3 wipes in a row, he has two in-lobby weapons named after his barb and wizard accounts, and ends every wipe with a crazy high KDA while only playing highroller trios. he's also usually one of the first streamers to farm uniques, and I've watched his trios stack be undefeated for 50+ raids while averaging 2 group kills a match. kimchi barely streams anymore though, sadly. no hate to Pete, he's a one of the best solo barbs ingame rn, but trios highroller PvP is infinitely harder than solos, that's just objective fact. Ive seen fully clothed/armored barbs use viking sword shield over two handers becuase of how fast all the other classes move with this change hopefully more zweis less viks (also i havent played yet but u might wanna look into quarterstaff it was my fav since u had near one handed movement speed while swinging with no sour spot but now it could be back up to top tier)

Hey Pete i know this is vague but did you use the clip of you killing me I was playing my warlock "fryloc" and I third partied you fighting a cleric at the top of goblin town and you ended up killing me with a weird at the bottom, you also jumped on top of the breakable barricade that separates the two rooms at the top of town while the cleric ran and shut the door, just curious it would be cool to see the clip on your channel
Loved this episode. "Sorry" I see a lot of streamers dumpstering casual players on youtube and it bums me out. If you play the game for a living and you are toxic to randoms you aren't cool imho.

Hey Pete I genuinely feel like you have some of the best movement in dark and darker and no one that I know of has made a good video on dodging, spacing, ect. You should think about making a video for new players and veterans alike. As players play and game a lot they start to push the skill ceiling a little higher than what was thought before and I think you are doing just that.
Buff is absolutely overtuned, move speed is king in solos, but most people wont be able to take advantage of it this well If the buff stays, im multiclassing with barb instead of fighter
I believe its both. Barbs being way too powerfull and you knowing what you are doing so that's why in your case its very op. I don't play barb and even with the buffs i wouldn't be able to kill 81 and just die twice

to be fair i have to invest everything into agility to achieve this to be possible. while rogues invest in heavy armor and move slightly faster than me still

barb is not meta. warlock is currently the broken one(hence all big streamers playing it). pete is just unusually good at this class, and the slightest buffs he gets, feel big. this buff is nothing for an average barb. you see you need to be spacing alot when you're utilizing this buff, most barbs hold w and swing away while pete swings with timing and rhythm.. most barbs have zero footwork, they either stand still or hold w, theres no back and forth. Pete is just suffering from success, the buff is especially good for his playstyle. no other barb will complain about it because they can't even see it. you need to play like Pete to even understand how it works.
