I don't know what it is about this song, but I love it. It has that certain sound that I can just completely relate to. It's.. a happy sound. It's upbeat enough to have waves of energy without overkilling everything.

That's not it. Just because it's a "Certain genre" doesn't mean that you can relate with everything in it. I think it's how well every sound mixes and sounds. It just sounds like the kind of music I would enjoy. It has a porter robinson sound with those HUGE supersaws, while leacing a TwoThirds taste in my mouth.

Almost been 7 years since lvther’s debut
And it’s been a little over 2 years since his last release on monstercat
Damn i didn't even know that. I've not really been that much around here since like 2016. LVTHER really was my favourite (indie dance) artist out here and even now this track makes me feel oddly nostalgic. 2014 truly was an amazing year for monstercat as a whole.

Lvthers technically have been here longer than that because Lvther is TwoThirds
TwoThirds (or LVTHER I guess) killed it here. . The drums are nice, sound design is awesome and so are the ideas. Not to mention Mammals's godly vocals in this song, plus the added delay effect and the harmony. 020 so far has been very great so far.
As for the next release, I'm nothing but PUMPED MAELSTROM WAS SO GOOD AND IT'S MORE DRUMSTEP OR IS IT CHILL LIKE RUN A AWAY FROM ME BY DOTEXE BUT I DON'T CARE TTC IS AMAZING AND WILL DO AWESOME

I'm feeling nostalgic... this is the last monstercat song I listened to for a good year now, my tastes have changed but music will always have a sense of nostalgia when you think back on it. I went from this to muse, MCR, FOB, PATD, SOAD, A7X and currently I'm loving The smashing pumpkins. yet i still go back and listen to this. Music is almost like a jar of memories sometimes!

I wish there was an '80's arcade with a modern twist kind of genre. Like Shirobon's chiptunes, for example, or Wave Racer's incredible classic vibes and rich arpeggios. I sometimes run across these little gems, but a genre that could bag them up into a priceless collection would forever hold my gratitude. This song just kind of reminds of those artists, not necessarily for the 8-bit sounds, but for the melodies and up-beat, epic feeling. Those kinds of songs always got me feeling some type of way. I need more.

All I can say is that took *One Look* for me to love this song in the Best of 2014 mix. It seems both 020 and 025 start off with LVTHER. How they took a year, I may never know.
Dern this is really nice! LVTHER/TwoThirds really nailed this track. The melodies are awesome, and the vocals go really well with the happy/funky vibe. Wish they would upload Plain Sight instead of Breathe though. It sounded MUCH more promising based on the preview.

Yessss! TwoThirds is back, and he's got a new alias and a new style, and oh my god is this song fantastic. It's like indie dance is just by definition great. Canvas was one of the best tracks Rezonate has ever made in my opinion and the same goes for this track. Canvas, I think, still takes the #1 spot for greatest vocals, but Mammals still does an incredible job here. Excited to see TwoThirds making more of this.
