Hai nolen What about Have the high level privacy model?because of this pandemic,i'ld like to see the other one similiar like 22 x 20 of your design,but now is 15 x 11,and the two carport on the left side the guest room on the left corner has an own bathroom and separated by voyer from the middle part(family&dining room),right corner (2 bedroom&storage),also can you added the other 1 master bedroom on the basement please? Hello there. Thanks for you design. An important point (as somebody who has designed dozens of houses): in kitchen design, you never put a stove directly in front of a low window. That is because the hot splashes and hot oil from the stove will constantly stain the window and the heat from the stove will affect the glass. In addition, a kitchen sink is always better underneath a window rather than facing a solid wall. In your design, you need to swap the stove and the sink position over. The rest of it is lovely.
I agree and personally, I would nix the third bedroom add a bathtub to the main bath and bring the washing machine/dryer and sink inside and fit a shower in for a guest bathroom.
Who is the Landscape Architect working on this team and animations? I am thoroughly impressed. As well as the Interior Designer. I hated modern but these little homes are turning me around! Grins!
So inlove talaga ako sa design ng bahay, baka po makakarequest mga 60sqm lang house kahit 2 bedrooms lang tapos with attic. Pero ganun pa rin itsura ng labas super ganda talaga. 😍
I always admire your designs, some more than others, but there are always good ideas in them. I look at them through the lens of my own wishes for the ideal home. These designs are largely for subtropical areas where there is less need for central heating and indoor laundry areas, and as such, need additional space given over to these functions to make them work for colder climates.
Gawa po kayo ng same po nito diretso living room sa service area para sa airflow ng bahay, but 3 toilet and bath, 2 bedrooms have their own toilet and bath, while the 3rd toilet is for visitors. 3 bedrooms rin po. Please hehehhee
I understand that you designed the house simple but rarely unique. ❤️ I am planning of having my own house for a 100 square meter and this is what I've picture in my mind, surprisingly I got these design and got clearer idealistic house which is cozy and comfortable for my family. No way could roof cover or rather the eaves are included in the living area for tiny houses. As I've gone through the plans and designs of these sets of plans they've shown the measurements of the interior to state the sq. meters of these homes. Rarely are garage and parking or even decks and patios included in the sq. meters of floor space. Great question to be asking!
By enclosing the outside laundry part of the porch, it can be a mud room/laundry room. Also, cooktop by the window? That’s a bad idea. If that window (where washer is outside) was eliminated, the stove can stay. It will be nicer to have a window by the kitchen sink.

Now, if you raised that clerestory up just a foot or more for a row of windows you'd let in a lot of light then one could use wider eaves? Yes? No? I love this floor plan! Not enough living room lounging space for a three bedroom house built to sleep up to four adults and two kids. I would steal a little of the covered out door space, cover the washer/dryer in its own cabinet, remove the kitchen table & chairs and put in a curved & cushioned knook. The clear panels covering the porch area are at a 90 degree angle which is guaranteed to trap debris and hold dirt. Those panels will let in light but also transfer heat downward. Either it should have a pitch and downspout or some other solution. The 90 degree angle is stunning from an aesthetic point of view; sort of Frank Lloyd Wright-esque but practical issues ought to be anticipated. One way is to give the clear panels a slope yet preserve the aesthetics of the 90 degree look by hiding the slope using a metal box marquee around the perimeter of the panels. The panels stop short of the forward edge of the marquee so as to throw off water or transfer the water to a downspout.
We are on the same page!! Very nice tweaks, g nolan! I didn't think of the heat angle with those clear panels! FLW-esque, grins. What about these clerestories too narrow for windows?
@@stormysampson1257 Less pitch means lowering the ratio of height to projection. If the steeply pitched roof were given a bit less pitch it would create room at the top for clerestories.
@@gnolan4281 To raise the roof without actually raising the roof making the pitch steeper of the roof portion owning the clerestory would get bigger. Lowering the back edge to make the pitch steeper...I know we are on the same page. Less pitch would flatten and make that windowless area smaller? I talk better with a blackboard and chalk, grins. I am not saying you are wrong...no sirree. Obviously, I most certainly expect you to be right. I just am not seeing it at this moment. Hey, nightie night. I stay up late to keep the fire going our only source of heat ha ha ha in this yurt. Think I am beaten and definitely brain dead...
Can the space above the dining/ living area be utilized? (9:24 - 9:35). Or cannot because it's something about heat insulation? Can there be a way to use that space like what we see in tiny homes? They can turn it into a loft even with low ceiling where people can just sit or sleep. Legit question, I'm very curious :) Thank you so much. Beautiful works!

I loved the design but the measurements doesn't seem accurate in animation, it would have been great if you displayed measurement for each and every segment of house
One thing I notice about this design is your main door and the kitchen door is directly facing each other, which is not a good Fengshui or energy flow everything will enter to the main door will also be released to the back door the good energy will no longer stay it also goes out. I hope u observe that
Very Nice the only thing I would change is the wall separating the bedrooms and living area to sliding Smoked glass pocket doors. It would definitely give the illusion of a bigger space 😉🇨🇦

Laundry outside? Laundry takes space to sort, fold, etc. And is it meant for anyone to wander over and use? AND where does the occupant store food and small appliances?

This house rough estimate around P1.6M, house structure alone.
My perfect retirement home. I would definitely need a small laundry room but other than that it’s perfect.
