YES ROBBIE THE NEWS IN TEXAS SAID THE ORGANIC FOOD WE'VE BEEN BUYING IS NOT ORGANIC AT ALL. THEY ARE IN TROUBLE. THANK YOU ROBBIE. LOVE YALL ❤
The issue is people don’t realize what the word means for the grocery stores and it’s not what they think. So you’re right.😮

Could you do a video on how to REFRESH your containers after the winter to get them ready for spring planting?
Love you and watch all your videos. Happy New Year 2023 to you, Gary and your family!
You inspired me to start container gardening last year and I am hooked. Can't wait for spring to hit here in zone 6 so I can get started on my 2nd year. I have all of my totes saved, drip tubing and tulle ready to go!! So excited and thank you!
why am I not surprised you keep coming up with brilliant ideas!? :) Thanks for sharing.
And more to come, as I am holding back till Full on Growing season 😮😊
Such thrifty creative ideas!! Do your covers deter the daggone squirrels?? I'm constantly fighting them😂😊
HI ROBBIE, SO GLAD YALL ARE SAFE. THANK YOU FOR TEACHING US ALL THIS. HUBBY FOUND CHAIRS. SO EXCITED ABOUT GARDENING
So great on the Chair(s) Find! Thank you ❤
Thanks, did not realize that broccoli would grow in such a small container, thought a tote was more appropriate.
Would love a video showing more about size pot as per plant/veg
Robbie try coffee filters instead of cupcake liners...much cheaper & stronger 🌱🌱🌱
Thanks Robbie, you are so precious!
You are so welcome❤️
Oh geez, I need to save my coffee grounds and egg shells. Thank you for the great tutorial!
Oh yes 😊
Don’t forget the value of banana peels, I started making a banana peel liquid fertilizer and my holiday cactus is blooming 2.5 mo later. I have blended the peels or just soaked them, strain and add.
Brilliant Linda! I've been nursing a Xmas cactus for mos - traditional fertilizer hasn't helped, will try banana peel smoothie!!😅😊
So creative, that's the fun part. I transplanted 6 tiny siberian kale seedlings in a tote, now they grow up, too crowded. Young leaves are Delicious. 🥰
I love your trash cans and how we can compost so much and turn it into such rich (and safer) growing medium! Keep up the great work Robbie ❤
Thanks Robbie for sharing your talents with me.
Thank you 😊
You make me grin. Love you and how you feed my imagination.
Thanks for sharing this Robbie.
Since watching u, I grew broccoli last year in an container. I don't like the broccoli heads , when I seen u can eat the leaves , I planted to eat and juice the leaves . Thank u
When do we get to meet your chickens? I bet you have genius ideas about keeping them too!
I will drop them in on my new video I am putting together on Culantro since I don’t have enough photos of Culantro yey, I’ll put the chickens in for fun. Keep an eye out for it soon 😊
🤩🙏 this is great - thx, Robbie!!
love your ideas!!
Is that a book sock covering the can? If so, that's GENIUS!
Green scissors :-) nice
The perfect scissors to lose in the garden, yes, I know 😂
Great idea as usual Robbie, we better be growing our own food, I just came from the store and food prices are ridiculous.
Things are going up in price so fast, But anything We grow will be healthier 😊
You are so resourceful! Love it
I try, but I love these made in the USA trash cans perfect for growing many things 😊
I like that fabric use in the trash can. I have use your idea to cover some non attractive pots. Thank you great garden ideas. Enjoy your day.
What fabric is it?
Another great idea. Thank Robbie
The only problem I have seen oranges is the smell. As long as they are buried.
Love this!!! Thankyou!!
Have a great day Robbie!!!✌️
why would you put kitty litter in that pot, and do you mean new or used litter?
Those are so cute.
Thanks 😊
Those trash cans work great. I got a few last year for some lemon trees I started from seed. Thinking about doing some micro dwarf tomatoes in them this year.
Are you just experimenting with the lemon trees? You’d have to graft a citrus for it to be like the parent tree. It’s a crapshoot to know what you’re going to get, it may not be edible but it will be a fruit that only you have
@@Shivermetimbers90 They are just an experiment and for the citrus leaves. I can always graft on to them when they are much bigger. Free root stock☺
Oh perfect! I didn’t want you to be disappointed 😅😅
When will we be able to start planting outside in Riverside/San Bernardino Counties?
I started seeds in a pencil box. How do i know when i can transplant them?
Another great idea. Um question what size pitcher do you use in your totes. My DT had like mega ones and wasn't sure.
I bought some of those, big is good but the smaller work good too 😊
Where did you get that long handled watering scoop or what is that used for?
Daiso
Hi dear. I want to make a gallon of hummingbird food. Can you please help with the right amount of sugar will be needed?. Thank you for all your amazing videos. God bless all
Please be careful making hummingbird syrup... you could be poisoning the hummingbirds.
Put KITTY LITTER???? Please explain that
I know this question has nothing to do with this video but I have searched your videos for one on nematodes. Do you have any advice for nematodes? Love all your videos. :)
You may have to get a treatment for that

Last year was the first time I built my own soil in containers, Im excited to get to use it as a finished product this year! Will the cabbage caterpillars come out of the soil and eat the plants if its covered like this or does a moth have to lay eggs first so it would be safe? Those green and black striped worms ate a lot of my seedlings last year
Cabbage caterpillers HATE onions... so plant some onions among your cabbage. I have Egyptian creeping onions, they are perennials, they grow and grow and grow... year after year. And even in winter (in a harsh climate), I can go outside and get some green tops whenever I need. I brought in a pot last week, (I plant mostly in containers as we have deer... many deer, so crops are just not safe.)
@@Hectanooga1 I got the walking onions and they all died dont tell Robbie! I did stick some garlic around all my cabbage last year thanks for reminding me!
@@SunshineCountryChickens What about chives? They would probably work as well, and they are pretty much kill-proof.
@@Hectanooga1 chives are struggling but the green onions and garlic grow well for me Ill be sure to grow them everywhere
The cabbage month lays eggs and that’s how you end up with the green caterpillars. If you have tulle covering it and the cabbage moths, cannot get to your plants then you won’t have the green caterpillars.
What fabric did you used to cover the trash can?
Looks like stretch fabric to me... maybe leggings.

@@RobbieAndGaryGardeningEasy You are so creative Robbie!
Costco 24 pack eggs $6.99 limit 2
That is a good price, here they are in many stores $7.99 a Dozen and they run out of eggs many days
@@RobbieAndGaryGardeningEasy Sad part is people that go to Jack's or McDonalds will pay like 9dollars for a egg mcmuffin or breakfast jack meal and you get 1 egg in a sandwich with a cheap ass hash brown /w junk soda, I won't do that no more, never.
Better to use a metal bucket
I have they all rust
Won't a raccoon or something get into your plant and dig up and eat the garbage In the bottom?
So far no 😊 it breaks down Very fast
