    thank you for the recipe. I have a query. i Have rested the dough in fridge for 1hr and then lined the mould, and then rested in fridge again for 2 hrs, still my tarts are shrinking during baking. pricked with fork as well. Could you suggest something?

      Hi. I chilled the flour only once that is before putting it in the moulds. Im not sure either why ur tarts are shrinking. Mayb you can try the recipe again following the exact measurements and method.

    How long this bake tarts we can store and how to store Can we use oil?

      Just store it in an air tight container after cooling it. If it is wet or soft just heat it up again in pre heated oven for 3 mins. It should be fine. If you can keep it dry it will last longer

      Yes sister. Lightly greese it with butter. You can see the tart shell making video too that i uploaded check it out sis

      You mean in breaks in while baking?
      Try to check again the following.
      Did you prick it like i did?
      Baking time?
      Is the dough too cold and you baked it?
      Is the measurments accurate and same type that i used ? Try again Pavitera. ❤

      Hi i wanted to ask that my tart shell is 6 cm so how long to bake as its 20 mins baking time for tart n for cheese filling it says 10 mins wont our tart become over cooked ? Can u plz guide me maam

      After the cheese filling ten minutes is enough even for 6cm. I bake the tart shells first for 20 mins. Take it out. Let it cool. Then put the filling. Then bake again 10 mins
