After the events, Mishri feels really bad about herself. Arjun never stops supporting her.
Mishri, is an orphaned woman who lives in an orphanage with her foster father Swamiji. Arjun Awasthi, the son of Prathap Awasthi, is a criminal lawyer who lives with his own family and hates love and marriage. Mishri and Arjun meets each other and gets misunderstand in between them and starts to hate each other.
Mishri later knows that Arjun is a criminal lawyer and she meets him to bail Swamiji. Arjun agrees and he makes a deal with her to marry him under a One year contract marriage as Mishri agrees and marry him. While the entire family gets surprised to see Arjun and Mishri's marriage as Annapoorna aka Daadi, Arjun's Grandmother starts to hate her and blames her for ruining Priya's life. मिश्री बाद में जानती है कि अर्जुन एक अपराधिक वकील है और वह स्वामीजी को काफ़लत करने के लिए उससे मिलती है। अर्जुन सहमत होता है और वह उससे एक वर्ष की कॉन्ट्रैक्ट शादी के तहत शादी करने की सौदा करता है जिसमें मिश्री सहमत होती है और उससे शादी करती है। जबकि पूरा परिवार अर्जुन और मिश्री की शादी को देखकर हैरान हो जाता है, अर्जुन की दादी अन्नपूर्ण उनसे नफरत करने लगती है और उन्हें दोषी ठहराती है कि उन्होंने प्रिया की ज़िंदगी को बर्बाद किया। कुछ उसके परिवार के सदस्य उसे स्वीकार करने लगते हैं।
