Man, I miss my hometown. I can't believe it's been over a year since I went to Houston, I miss everything from the Astros to the Galleria, Whataburger to Pappadeux can't wait to go back in Christmas!
As someone from Seattle, I enjoyed going to Houston. Really Awesome place!
Houston makes Seattle look like a little hole in the wall. LOL!
JMMT7022801 Seattle is pretty chill too, better people too
+Daniel Salas The Pacific Northwest isn't too bad. I've been to Boise, Portland, and Seattle. But Portland and Seattle are too expensive for my tastes. Boise is like a mini Portland, but without the flith, high cost of living, bums and hobos, and druggies and junkies.
H-TOWN is beast the best say what you wanna say but all of us Houstonians know in our heart Houston is the BEST go H-TOWN LOVE YOU HOUSTON TEXAS
well i dont give a crap so shut up
I'm a Houston resident for the past 21years and it felt really good to go through Houston traffic at that high speed! It's a cool video thanks!
I'm from Chicago going to Houston in December, I don't know why there is so much haters you need to see what's out there people get so attached to their city they get blinded and don't want to see other beautiful cities. I've been to LA, San Diego, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, and now on to Houston and excited much! anyone know where there is some good nightclub around houston or like a particular street people go to as well as restaurant ?
late, but i hope you had a great time ! i hope you went on Montrose (or basically midtown) because its packed with shops, and restaurants. Downtown is great as well. Westheimer road is humongous and i hope you traveled on there. How was your trip?
love the videos, me and the wife are visiting in May. If we like it, Houston may be our new home.
... great skyline views with a great drive - thanks ..
I love Houston so much!
I never thought of Houston having so many trees
Thanks for the ride ...simply gorgeous ....
Houston is one of the largest citys, and Houston has so many modern building and highways! its looks so awesome at night
Lol so many houston haters, we are are actually the fourth largest city in the US, about to PASS Chicago, and Houston has the WORLDS best cancer hospital. We also have one of Americas largest indoor football stadiums. What is to hate?
Oh and did I mention we are known as space city to house Johnson space center with mission control and to receive the first words from the moon "the eagle has landed".
MrCowboys1235 Moving to either Houston or TX City in a couple months.
This city is mammoth!
It's pretty huge, but there are underground tunnels to get around
MrCowboys1235 Hey bro, one question. I live in switzerland and i want to move to houston (in 5/7 years). I guess you recommend Houston =) Maybe the climate is for us european funny
It gets REALLY a hot in houston, especially in the summer!! But is pretty cold in winter, but it is humid here
Love my city Houston Texas
I've driven down all of those routes many times.
I basically live in Houston and there is ALWAYS movement going on. From business people, artists, and much more.
Downtown Houston is pretty cool.
When I watched this video in late 2020, this was the first Deadmau5 song I have ever heard, from watching this.
Now it has grown
what the fuck am I even doing I have homework
bad ass video that was awesome view of downtown houston
Houston is becoming the new powerhouse in America.
Excellent collection of clips! great skyline views, such a great city to explore, can't wait to go back someday. Thumbs up!
Thanks for the Drive...
I love Houston all my life.
Thanks for sharing. Going there in the first week of August of this year. So excited!
as always good job. looking forward to your video about High Five
Долгие поездки over 80 stories over 1025 ft high
Houston is nice and green I like that about the city..
You and Freewayjim are great with the city tours, and I am a future Houston resident
The reason there are not slot of pedestrians is because we drive everywhere and park in the parking garages which are directly connected to the buildings. That's why there aren't many people on the streets. But overall Houston is a great place to live.
Love the "green wave" at the end of video. Another great one. How is the highest skyscraper in Houston high ?
JP Morgan Chase Tower it is 1,002' tall
I currently live in la but planning to move here becuase la everthing its getting worse its to expensive to live here now its to me to move out and start my new life here hopefully and I be glad to call texas my new home
Nice video! I really dig it! I've lived in Houston going on 3 years now and the ride through the Theater District and Allen Parkway is the same area I'm riding through on the bus on my way to work. Ah, reminds me, I have to go in tomorrow.
People in Houston are really sweet. I was going to the spagatti warehouse and I was all fancy (drill team banquet) and a lady said I looked gorgeous.
Houston is so beautiful
Nice city! Never expected it was that green, except for the SUVs then lol. Good clip & music!
I'll be there all-star weekend and hopefully be moving there...
This video was shot really well. It reminds me of a racing video game.
Ill have to check this city out one day
Thanks for this! Visiting from Dallas in a couple weeks, woot! Woot! :)
The people are in the air- conditioned Houston Tunnel system which connects to all the bldgs its like an underground mall with many food courts. In addition to that note since Houston isnt an island with zoning I can assure you that you will find 6Million people in H-Town's (8) other sklns that compete w/ major city skylines
do you have your cam mounted? any suggestions for best recording for me because I want to do similar vids!
I see all the Chicagoan Houston haters on these vids. You guys scared that H-town might take your spot as number 3? LOL. Its gonna happen. Chi-Town people are coming here in droves to get away from the crime and Obama liberal politics.. And guess what? Im not even from Houston.. Im from Dallas and the same thing is happening here. Chi-towners everywhere. Ask your fellow Chicagoans where they are moving. They are moving to Texas.
Texas has the 11th largest economy in the world and is self-sufficient. Houston is a leader in job creation, with people moving there in droves, and is among the 3 largest seaports in the United States.
JMMT7022801
Update 2016: Texas now has the 9th largest economy in the world. Only Cali beats it but TX economy is growing faster ;)
@Johnny Dominguez no they won't. Texas has a while before their economy even touches Cali's.
Great video of downtown Houston! :)
Can everyone stop freaking saying Houston is the worst place?!?!
You guys obviously have never been there! And what the heck is wrong with freaking highways?!?! I live here in Houston and in downtown its hella beautiful! Stop hating!
+HackerHunter1334 MSP it doesn't look bad to me Houston looks like a regular large city but have you been to Florida?
sick video! one of my favorite skylines I've seen
I miss Houston.
Wow, never seen a green wave so efficient as in the last minute!
Thank you for this video
I like Houston, Texas
Ahh houston, I will miss the days where I hanged out with my friends, going to the Galleria to mess around, go downtown to skate and cruise around, dare eachother in a match of paintball, etc
i miss Houston like crazy...... i went from the H town skyline to a small town in Arkansas /: very tragic
Houston and la are both great
Wow, lots of Houston haters on here. That's good though- stay where you are and don't move here! It's such a bad place but people keep moving here from all over the country for better jobs, better standards of living. Guess we have different views on what constitutes a 'bad place'. NYC can suck my hairy balls, Chicago can kiss my obese ass, LA...well, LA is a LOT like Houston so I can't hate on 'em, Seattle blows. If you define a city ONLY by its' music scene then okay, we lose on that because we don't have a strong scene. By any other standards though, Houston isn't a bad place at all.
As the saying goes, "Bye Felicia"!
Well fuck Dallas and their fuck rider Fort Worth
Clorox Bleach oh shut up. h town is overrated
Houston is amazing
I actually live in La Porte (a city really close to Houston) but my dad works there (the building with the US flag on top) and my mom sometimes goes there because her job has safety meetings
I wish I could live in H-Town... :\ (I live 2 hours away from Houston up north)
Good deadmau5 song love the video
I live in Houston, its so awesome city especially at night
From Louisiana but i love Texas Houston n Dallas fashow
Very cool. Will be supplying link for story about America's "most diverse" cities, to be published by Span Magazine, published by U.S. Embassy New Delhi (span.state.gov).
Yep Galveston waters are not so good.. but theres tons of rivers and lakes really close by. =]
I see this everyday
The highways r like rollercoasters
I am relocating from LA, and its seems Houston is pretty nice, will miss the beach, but not the traffic or taxes, ..it seems galveston is an hour away
Driving in Houston is equivalent to sharing the road with a bunch of 13yr olds.
I love Houston like New Yorkers do their city. The first word transmitted to Earth from the Moon: "Houston..."
I love the museum district.
No sales tax here in Texas! another reason why H-Town is awesome. :)
You mean State Income Tax? There is a sales tax in Texas and it is high.
Good. We got the largest medical center and the best facilities.
nice view of memorial park.
Yay im going to houston next week i cant wait i normally live in a small country called denmark i doubt you know it...(Sht country) no skyscrapers.
wish video would slow down in important places
Go to Chicago, Boston or NY or DC to see people walking around. Every city is different in the states. Plus, I can tell he did this during a period of time when it's not busy with traffic.
It's because in new york everyone walks everywhere and it is a much smaller space
what that's just mean, Houston is the best city because it raining constantly and we have lots of trees
THX is that you ?
Ohay I've been to Houston twice. Well, both times I landed at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport to connect flights from Minneapolis to Honduras and back. I never left the airport. It looks like a pretty neat town though. Beautiful at night.
How does Downtown compare with the Uptown area as far as office space is concerned?
Hi, thinking about moving to Houston. Is it extremely hot there? How are the people? Are they friendly? Thanks..:)
is possible visit Houston without a car like a tourist or is essential ? The public transport is good ?
so excited to be moving here from flint. I have a job already. this is thanks to a guy I.met in video game we play. hopefully this marks the start of something good and not my downfall. any tips?
l
ok guys we all know here that the shittiest city here in Texas is none other than El Paso has to be the worst and most boring city in all of the USA rather live in Houston since im a LA native and Houston is similiar to Los Angeles.
Sonders Ville nope
I honestly don't get a lot of the hate Houston gets. :/
I mostly hear about the pollution but I'm like pollution is fucking everywhere
greenytaddict I know right.
I wanna move here after I graduate from medical school....
I Lived in Houston Texas for 4 years. Fucking hated every minute of it!
I don't know much about Allen Parkway, but my family hates that road because they say it's so confusing.
@danie123182 Lol where do you live in Minnesota? I grew up in the Twin Cities, and never really had an issue with hitting red lights. Maybe it was because I couldn't drive back then. Hmm...
I just went to the airport in Houston.
O wow ppl calm down. I.live like.2 hours north of houston. N have had.plenty of visits. It is a.very packed n.busy city. But.like most cities. There are bussier times than.others. Traffic is.horrible.during the week. Weekends n at night.r.great.
3:31 turn right to go to the skatepark yeah
theres more people like in downtown where theres lots of building or in front of the bus station or on main st
You like LA? you'll like Houston too because LA is a lot like Houston.
But Houston is nothing like LA. Houston has the heat, humidity, and crazy-ass drivers.
+JMMT7022801 LA has crazy ass drivers too. It also has a lot of traffic like Houston.
+JMMT7022801
And thank god for that, as one who 'Escaped From LA'. Houston may have it's negatives, it's no where near the dive that the "City Of (fallen) Angels" has become, a true dump.
+cameraman655 $90,000 a year to buy and pay an average house is ridiculous.
+Victor Fuentes Houston doesn't seem to be from the naked eye a big city, however when you consider how much square miles the Houston city limits stretches. LA and Houston are alike in that respect.
Man I miss H-Town. Stuck in country Cuer-hole (cuero).
Can somebody who lives in Houston tell me if Houston is a great place to live? I'm planning to move to Houston in summer for colleges but i dont know if my decision is wrong.
i'm pretty sure if you look for something online you'll find it.
I have visited Houston many times and recently found out that I am moving there for work soon, I am really looking forward to it. I found www.drhorton.com/Texas/Houston/Spring/Hampton-Creek to be really helpful in finding a home.
i live in houston!
True that.
Waw American cities are so different. There is almost nobody on the streets, and almost no pedestrians? Where is the life and energy?!
Living there now 😊
oh because in the city I only see cars and buses and taxis
