...I am in absolute awe...no words!! As I've already said on Twitter, this is truly a dream come true for me! For years, you've been a huge inspiration to me and inspired me to try all sorts of different things when I build in Sims 3. Never in a million years would I have imagined you - THE plumdot - to renovate and give plum love to one of MY builds! When you agreed to this, it admittedly took me a few days to come to the realisation that it was actually happening! And now here we are! The timing is perfect, too! With Riverview Reimagined being in its final testing stages and (hopefully) ready for release in a few weeks at most, I can start playing out our boys' lives from when they were young, struggling financially, living in a small apartment and eventually to the point where they can afford this home, settle and start their little family! I am giddy with excitement! The intro was so well done!! I completely understand the 'doing the intro over and over' thing from the few years I made videos a while back, it's a struggle! But you nailed it! You really set the basis super well and I blushed like a tomato all the way through, you're way too kind!! I noticed I screwed up with the graphic for Julian, showing Tommy's traits, but oh well! When I made them, I was so preoccupied with finishing the last builds for the world. As for the build... Again, I am at a complete loss for words! I. LOVE. IT. SO. FREAKING. MUCH!!! Everything about it, from the physical shape changes, landscaping, pool, every little thing! When you kept teasing about the special part and finally revealed the basement, I about jumped up! It is legitimately incredible, the recording studio setup you made is beyond creative and the fact that you had your sim take pictures of CC pictures representing Jay and Tommy's cultural heritage... At another point where I yet again got tears in my eyes. I can feel the heart and soul you've poured into this reno and I shall forever cherish it. Of course, I'll send you a bunch of pictures of their lives in their dream home once the time arrives and you'll definitely see it on Twitter as well, as I plan on 'documenting' their lives in screenshot/caption form there starting very soon. I cannot wait for pt. 2 and seeing the recolouring, I can already tell it's going to be marvelous and reflect the boys' tastes and personalities to a T! How will I ever be able to thank you for this terrific gift! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!
Vic, I don't know what to say, this comment warmed my heart so much. It was an absolute pleasure renovating it. Ranch Dressing had such good bones that it was easy to renovate and decorate. You already had such good ideas in the house that it was so much fun to build upon those. I can't wait to see updates of the boys in their house. I really hope that they love their forever home. If you ever want to collab on another build, just give me a shout, I'd be honored 💚💚
Omg this house is beautiful before and after wish i could build like that! I suck at building houses! Wish u could just put up just the shell for download and I decorate my self cuz I love doing that!
Oooh I do enjoy the occasional frozen waffle still LOL Beautiful as always! I think I loved the studio basement best just because it was unexpected and so perfectly suited for the sims!
I had so much fun building that basement with the studios. And ohmygod, I miss eggos so much. I don't think they have them in the UK that I've seen. So delicious 💚
Fog emitters are a powerful thing, I probably haven't even scratched the surface of what can be done with them. I could do a tutorial but if you look up SimEve, she still has her tutorials up even though she's no longer active 💚
