The islands don’t consider personality! That’s only the campsite! They roll for species then roll for the specific villager, the personality thing is a bit of a myth and it only matters for campsite villagers. Time of day stuff is also a myth. The only thing you can do to increase odds is getting more frogs. Since there’s less frogs that can show up, the probability of lily specifically appearing is increased. Any specific frog is the rarest other than any specific cat, bunny, or squirrel since there’s the most cats and frogs etc.. compared to other species, so it’ll be pretty difficult to find lily. I recommend kora mora’s videos if you’d like to learn more!
