  • A test of The NEXT4 loudspeakers. Using j2 First watt amps, Bel canto as dac and preamp. Took the video with my phone, nothing fancy.

What an incredible job you have done with the whole space (speakers included).

Watched your previous videos. You completed a ton of hard work creating that room and those speakers. I hope you feel the same sense of accomplishment that I feel for you. Congratulations one your work. Well done, sir.

Hi Noam I am amazed by your builds the vocals sound so life like. I was wondering your using what looks like a bel canto 3.7 and now you use a gustard R26...Maybe? Was wondering what one you like the best. Im getting ready to build Troels Fusion Really appreciate your imput

Hello Henry, thank you for your comment 🙏🏼. I have bought the Gustard R26 and I'm very very pleased with it. I also now days listen with a SET amp 845, I think Troels Gravesen builds will always profit from tubes. Which Fusion speaker are you building?

Good work. Next time though please pick a song with a bit more clear and present vocals. This singing is quite strange in that his voice comes in barely then fades away rapidly as if he just got kicked in the nads.

Thanks! Check this one, ok completely different loudspeaker/approach but might be of intrest- comparison between pushpull and Set amplifier using the TL2

Would LOVE if you took a video looking a bit more in the speakers and just gave your thoughts of building and the process - no need to edit, just 5-10 min of talking and sharing thoughts, you can just show speakers and chat - like to a friend :)

Hi Oscar, thanks for the comment. I am currently working on the TL2 of Troels Gravesen ... and planning to do just what you proposed.

Sounds Wild... So you want that 18" bass ;)
I am sure you will make nicer feet than Troels ikea wheels 😂

Thanks! Well the seas drivers sounds typically like seas nextel drivers... Fantastic! Love those drivers! What impressed me the most is the tweeter... Didn't realise what he can do until this design

@@noamgellerdiy hi, thx for the reply, what part of the design would you say highlighted the tweeter, height, separates, distance from drivers, etc?

@@johnbeukes3902 hmmm, I guess all the above and more. Excellent Cross over design, Jantzen Audio Alumen Z Capacitor, Rock-solid separated cabinet... and last but not least, Room integration. I have the Bifrost loudspeakers playing at our living room... No comparison.

Nope, the NEXT4 rated as 90/91db. I think that it wouldn´t quite cut it

Cross the tweeter lower, maybe 1700-2000Hz.
