The Super Nintendo is one of my favorites to collect for! I love exploring new games for the system and reliving those childhood memories from the ones I played growing up!
The Super Nintendo, often abbreviated as SNES, is a classic video game console released by Nintendo in 1990. It features a distinctive rectangular design with a gray chassis and colorful buttons. The console was known for its 16-bit graphics, which represented a significant leap in visual quality compared to its predecessor, the NES. The SNES introduced iconic games like Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and many others that are cherished by gamers worldwide. It also had a distinctive, ergonomic controller with a D-pad, face buttons, and shoulder buttons, setting a standard for future game controllers.
Super Nintendo games, also known as SNES games, represent a golden era in gaming history. These 16-bit classics are renowned for their engaging gameplay, memorable characters, and iconic soundtracks. From timeless platformers like Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country to groundbreaking RPGs like The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Final Fantasy VI, the SNES library boasts a diverse range of genres and experiences. Players can immerse themselves in epic adventures, intense sports competitions, and challenging puzzles, all brought to life with vibrant graphics and innovative gameplay mechanics. Whether you're a seasoned gamer looking to relive nostalgic memories or a newcomer eager to discover gaming history, the Super Nintendo offers an extensive catalog of timeless gems waiting to be explored.
This is a new series!! Join me every so often and follow me on my videogame collecting journey. I take you live hunting at the thrift stores, flea markets, yard sales, garage sales, on Facebook Marketplace scores, etc. to add more games to the collection. This starts with one trip to the thrift store and grows from there. Watch to see where this leads and the AMAZING finds I score!!
This upcoming week will be AWESOME and I cant wait to share!

That test cartridge is a crazy find!
I know! I’m still shocked!
Still shocked by this find! Too cool that I was one of a select few people who “rode” through the storm with you to pick such a rarity up for your collection. 😂 Great SNES grabs to keep moving on the set too! Demolition Man looks pretty cool for sure.
Oh it was quite the experience! Well worth it though. Haha
What an amazing find Brandi! That's a once in a lifetime pick up and you keep finding them lol.
You got that right! :)
Test cartridges are really cool! I'm glad you were able to grab it
Oh absolutely! I’m curious to see if there is anything different on it.
woah that's pretty insane that these are still out there in the wild! Great find! that's history right there
Oh I know right?! Still shocked by it. But glad to have it.
That SNES cart is awesome!! Nice score!
It really is! So crazy I found it!
Demolition Man was so much fun. I loved that game as a kid. Love your videos btw you do such an awesome job.
Yes! It’s not a bad one even now. And thank you so much! I appreciate that. :)
We used to have to send the eproms back to the developer back in the day. I am glad you found that one.
@@andre229 woah! That’s crazy. I’m so glad this one survived!
When you start to chuckle a little when the vid starts you know it’s gonna be good lol. Dude that’s an amazing find, that board is wild and a battery too. Nice find, love seeing stuff like this!
Oh man Chester Cheetah lol, Demolition Man on Sega CD is pretty great. Glad you knocked more off the list!
Bahaha yes! I agree. And those are definitely the better ones in this lot. I’ll have to check that out on the Sega CD. Can’t wait to see what is next!
@@GamerAhmer me too! It’s pretty amazing what you find/come across, always looking forward to the next score!
I actually have an NBA Jam development cart that is similar to this. This one actually has the back of the cartridge cut open with the chips actually sticking out. Clearly marked white label on the front that says property of Akklaim. Definitely one of the most interesting games in my collection.
Woah! That’s amazing. That’s an awesome piece in the collection for sure!
The robot characters shown in _Hyper V-Ball_ look like "Johnny 5" from the _Short Circuit_ movies and RoboCop.
That’s crazy!
Congrats on finding that test cart ...I never played a fishing game except for those Mini games inside of Zelda or to gain bells in Animal Crossing..lOL
Thank you! And very cool!
The review copy is pretty cool.
Interesting that it has a typo too.
I know right?! I wonder if that was a critique. Haha
That purple and white label looks good! Really stands out and screams SNES and early 90s.
I agree!
Absolutely amazing find. Thats wild!
Yes!! :)
I loved "Black Bass" on bot the SNES and the NES. I really loved the music on the "NES" version.
Oh very cool! I’ll have to check that out.
Nice! Congrats.
Thanks!
Cool piece of history, just keep the Cheeto's dust off it! 😂
Oh absolutely! Lol
WOW! And this game is awesome, I love it!
Absolutely! :)
What system is next? Genesis maybe?
I have a few left for the Worldwide N64 set (20 some Japanese exclusives left) I have over 250+ for the GameCube set, and I’m working on NES at the moment. I’m not sure what is next.
It's not easy being cheesy. 😀
Yes!!
I loved Chester Cheetah Wild Wild Quest. It kicked my tail but I didn't care
That’s awesome! Definitely an interesting game for sure. I’m not very good myself. Haha
I'd try out the Chester cheddar 🎮 🎉 but not before i hit that robot 🏐 game first @GamerAhmer
Very nice!!
Great video! I have a question: How do you keep the black shelves dusted? lol it's crazy how clean they always are!
I try to dust them a few times a year but I don’t wear shoes in my house, I change my filter regularly (just got a new unit), and I do not allow the pets in the basement where the game room is. Those things help.
@@GamerAhmer thanks for the pointers
So, does that mean you need this type of review / sample game for many other games to be complete?
I don’t think I’ll get lucky like this again. This is just a bonus for the set. :)
Hey will you dump the vball to check if the binary is the same?
We could be talking about a beta find.
I don’t know how to do that so if I can find someone to assist. I won’t ship the cartridge though because I don’t want it to be damaged. I have a few other prototypes and carts that I need to get checked.
@@GamerAhmer I wish I could help 😞 living in Brazil. Maybe you can find a sanni cart reader? They are arduino based so it doesn't cost much (and it can also write cartridges if you use a writeable one).
@@LucasLealDev I’ll have to do some research! I appreciate that!
Great scores!
Thank you!
We need a sequel flaming hot cheetos!!!! For the Nintendo switch get it while is hot ! 😆
Yes!! Haha
