    People blaming the coach for not being calm are actually delusional. It doesn't matter how he approached the speech, Brayyy's confidence was gone, which is very important in how a pro player perform and nothing's saving that. The only mistake the coach did was not subbing off Brayyy, it was clear as day that Brayyy doesn't have the mental fortitude to play at his best for the game 7.

  • @VerranAisac

    There are really different styles of coaching. If you watched APBren M5 video, I love what coach Duckyy said in his speech before going into game 7: “Win or lose I’m really proud of you. What ever we will accomplish today I want you guys to know that Im really proud of you.” Maybe being calm is better than shouting. My thoughts only.

      @Yuna-db9in 8 місяців тому +47

      Because APBREN didn't commit serious mistakes during Final but check Semi Upper Final etc. coach Ducky reprimanded Flap several times and Flap would just own his mistake and say sorry to ducky. I guess he knows when to say harsh and cruel words and when to calm his players.

      I have experienced this a lot of times in our 5 mans scrims/rank as IGL. I always encourage my friends/siblings that their draft is dogshit and our core players are talented af. But there are also times that the plans wont go as you expected. Pressure being an IGL is not a joke especially in a game like this where ego can help you or hurt you. The pressure is even more intense where losing means going home. I havent played in this kind of tourney with a huge prize pool (We only played for fun + betting to make things a little serious) so I always wonder how it feels like being in that kind of pressure.

    The thing many new professional players forgot is, being a Pro Player is a JOB! You need to do your JOB! You get paid, right? But I understand, they are still too young and don't have the right mindset yet to have any job! Especially the ones that still teenagers. But, I think this is the best lesson for anyone to learn. You never celebrate too early, NEVER! Be humble!

    if there was a scene, its RSG taking the dominance over SG. You'll soon get over it. If that typhoon dampen your mood, think of how the Sun brightens and lift the mood, spark the fire and heat up again your team afterwards. you know what is the typhoon already. so you just need to know what will be your sun.

    Fired the coach man. Not all who celebrated early will lost or experienced karma. No one knows whats gonna happen. He is just overly confident. There are times like that for them as a player. But being toxic like that will not gonna make the player improve. Player might suffer mental health issue. Just like what they did to kairi, comfort him after the lost will motivate him in the future.
