+Roger Na-Yeon Hoseok (Nayeon/Jhope) actually dance is not easy, it needs commitment and and hard works to keep your movement unison in certain tempo. lack of practices and low self-esteem would be hard to complete one part of a dance. don't take dance lightly.

I highly recommend this tutorial to those who wanted to do the same as BTS. All of the efforts i've done are just a bunch of failures, but i try to watch this tutorial and now i'm good a dancing DNA like a Pro....

I'm currently struggling with anxiety, and exercise is one of the things that makes me anxious, to the point where I haven't broken a sweat in... way too long. And I just danced the Intro for DNA about four times in a row at 100% speed!!! :D It may look terrible and messy, but I'm still so stinking proud of myself for being able to somewhat keep up! Thanks, guys!
