Oops! My State of Tennessee (USA) requires an Afterburner to burn off the Obnoxious Gases and to Reduce Air Pollution while cremating animal carcasses & tissue. Some Municipalities also require a 24 Hour Temperature Chart Recorder to ensure the Afterburner Temperature does NOT fall under the required legal minimum Temperature when the Remains are loaded.
That is usually one of the first things a Government Inspector will want to look at; often requiring Copies of the Charts to be made so he/she can file back at the Office. They reveal a lot about what has been going at a Crematory.
