Eylul is a rebellious young girl who has changed schools many times and teachers do not want to deal with her. Her father does not even have a tear when he takes her from the last school she was expelled and beat her. However on that day all their lives will change. Ali Asaf Denizoglu is not known why he came as a successful doctor from Istanbul to a countryside village to be a teacher. Yet it is an extraordinary entity that will once touch the lives of people and change everything. This will save Eylul from the edge and make her a successful surgeon. Two lovers - yes, no mater how much they deny, Ali Asaf and Eylul fell in love. He leaves and years later they meet again as a two doctors. This is the story of the challenge of life as a surgeon of a girl who has begun to succumb to life, nothing but anger. A man who will give her the courage at the same time. It's a guide that keeps your hand and you can do it. The person we want all of us to have in our lives with all our heart will always keep our hopes of our dreams like Eylul. Of course with love .

Finally Oguz stands up like the man he was before. He should have put Ipek in her place sooner. The crazy translation got one part right - Ipek has a very dark side. Esma was right when she said “ sometimes we all turn into our mother”. Ipek has so much of Nesrin in her.

It’s because of Ali’s “brother” they know that the “maniac” killed eyluls and ipeks father so they are mad at him it took me some time to figure out I thought they were mad at him since he couldn’t save him

They should have had this discussion about wanting/not wanting kids before getting married. In fact Eylul should have told Ali, since having kids is considered the default mode. But again this looks like a new plot twist, because earlier when Ali was holding the baby in episode 16 and Eylul told him 'you'll be a good father', he hinted 'let's go make babies' and she looked quite happy about it. At that time it didn't look like Eylul wanted Ali to have babies with someone else!

Thanks for subtitles .I can't understand how eyul reacts to Ali most times whom she claim to love,regardless of all her hurt. Ali should be treated better. That sister ,too much for me. You hurt orgur so many times go live with your mom. Uff sultan storyline has no substance, so he'll kill sian and get away too so much to say, too many gaps in this story need closure coming to the last episode.

It is laughable that Zeynep thought she had a shred of a chance with Ali. She was lucky Eylul didn't deal with her😂😂😂. Ali was too polite to her though. He sus out that she was liking him. You can see he became increasingly uncomfortable around her.
Ali's problem is that he's too polite and nice to everyone. He was kind to Bahar when she expressed her one-sided feelings for him. He behaved caringly with his ex-wife Nazli till she started seriously harassing them. Now he's being considerate with Zeynep because he sees potential in her as a doctor in spite of the bad situation at the hospital. That's the kind of man he is, but it can lead to misunderstandings in women who get feelings for him (which isn't pleasant for his wife!)
This series started off so good and now towards the end the writers are ruining all the characters by trying to add shock value. These people are supposed to be neurosurgeons yet the way they’re acting I doubt they could find their way out of a paper bag. Sultan is so creepy and says all the most inappropriate things, he’s a doctor, he showed up at the exact time all the trouble began and yet no one sees anything suspicious about him. Salim saw him at the cemetery but didn’t realize that he was at the grave site of Ali’s father? Seriously? And Ipek’s character started off so smart and sweet and now they’re turning her into a stupid vengeful idiot. There’s only one episode left and I hope to God they don’t ruin it

While technically I understand Ipek's point that Ali might have created an enemy in his past, he would have to be just as much a psychopath at this point to not have a clue about who he hurt so badly they'd be willing to create this incredibly elaborate plan to get back at him. This person isn't just getting revenge by coming Ali with a gun or even planting a bomb, they are staging elaborate scenes, creating deadly traffic accidents, drugging people at a dinner, clearly following Ali and everyone around him, etc... That's more than an enemy who was offended in the past, that's a sociopath on a mission. I'm tired of people being held responsible for other people's crimes. First Eylul is blamed for a person she never got a chance to exam shooting up the hospital, now Ali is suppose to be responsible for his father's alleged secret son?
I never got that. The man ran off before he could get help and to be fair he almost had her hostage in her office.
Ipek made me wonder if she was a doctor or not. She was so logical with the man when his daughter was brain dead to tell him to take her. But ready to blame Ali for her father. Not to blame the father but if he had stayed in the hospital he would probably be alive though.
