Bitter melon needs to be soaked in some salt then you wash it before you eat. After soaking you can make a salad with it or fry to cook in a tomato sauce. It still keep some of its bitterness but I really love it. It's really good in fish curry as well. Or you can just eat it fried with some rice and dhal ❤
