I use to dye my locs when I first started them (2016) mainly cause of the hightop dread phase. 2019 was the last year I dyed my locs and ever since then I let it grow naturally. I get the fade out and now I have a full head of healthy locs because I got fewer retwist and let my locs breathe more and I started drinking more fruits and water.
