Phantom force and Unite move carries ceruledge IMO. They could’ve put more thought into the other areas, especially since flame charge is just Leafeon Aeiral ace.
Psycho cut is alright I guess, just other basic attack move

Tip after you hit your Unite you have a bit of time to use Psycho cut for -Def to do more Unite dmg

You can also do your Psycho cut first and then hit Unite. Both options are great and does a lot of damage.

I will say something Cris didn't talk too much about in this video is how amazing X-Attack is on this mon. Cris described this mon perfectly in this video, it feels like either a speedster who doesn't do enough damage, or an all arounder who isn't tanky enough. I was struggling finishing enemies (~5-6 kills per game) and then I tried X Attack after watching one of Cris's earlier videos and it was an absolute game changer (~9-11 kills per game) as it gives that extra damage this mon desperately needed.
I'm gonna try this one out. You're on point with the feeling of too squishy for brawling (even with Bitter Blade unfortunately) and not enough damage compared to speedsters. I personally love this middle ground in terms of playstyle, but Ceruledge is missing something. I hope X-Attack can make it work for me (I've been using Energy Amp for extra damage by replacing Scope Lens, because I also almost exclusively use Bitter Blade+Phantom Force)
I try the Speedster route instead of the basic attack route because I need to finish them off and disengage. Therefore, I use stacking items(Weight and Cookie) and Razor and then Eject Button for engage and disengage. Psycho Cut and Phantom Force has good scaling and has the ability to burst. I may not be using it properly but yeah, still works. This moveset of Psycho Cut/Phantom Force does have item variety and I like it. I will definitely try the basic attack route as well and see how that works. But I agree, it seems to be a mix but unfortunately, Bitter Blade needs buffs.
I will admit I struggled too but once I put a muscle band, scope lens, and razor claw on it I was getting 11 - 21 kills per game

i personally dont like psycho cut but again ive played like 10 games with it. i just like that the other move has a bit more damage so i can poke and not have to always go in, going in with psycho cut feels a bit risky cause to me the mon feels way too squishy but again first impressions
Chris, bitter blade heal for amout of damage you do so if you atk stack on it you get a lot of heal and with phantom firce you can do more damage then physco cut and bitter balde is better for aoe damage also

I played Pokemon Unite since release and Ceruledge is the first pokemon that's just felt right to me. Had negative win rates for the past 3 seasons, but now my winrate is above 55% this season since I have this mon. This is progress
@vonnandreideocampo-wv6zt if you have below 50% winrate, or you lose more than you win in a season. That's what we call negative winrate.

Already bought this mon. Definitely a lotta fun. Bitter Blade might definitely need some buffs.
Try pf, bb + claw, weight, focus + potion... You can brawl a lot, bb it's better when you hit 2 or more enemies
The activation time is hella slow which is weird especially since the healing doesn't seem like much at times
@@varg_rubensson9556 It’s not even good against them at all. Most of the time I would rather have Psycho Cut since I can burst them down much faster. I just now had a 17 KO and 123K damage game with Psycho Cut and Phantom Force. Bitter Blade is so slow and heals less for what it’s worth. I use Weight/Cookie/Razor with Eject Button for range and it works like a charm because of Psycho Cut’s good scaling in damage. If anything, I feel like this move would be easy to see why it needs buffs.

I have green badge on ceruledge and would like to see a few things buffed in the next patch - flame charge cooldown reduced bitter blade healing increased and cast time reduced and more bulk overall, doesn’t necessarily need these buffs but it’s definitely a B tier pokemon atm

I love Bitter Blade as a move way more, too bad it gets out so slow and the heal is only 50% of the damage dealt with the upgraded version. If it had max HP scaling, I'd use cookie, muscle and razor claw

Yeah, this was meant for me. I use amp, muscle and scarf for more burst and boosted attacks with x atk, but maybe I don't need amp

@@piercemat331 Yeah, I think blaziken is fine, you can sustain in fights if you basic atk in between moves but also can burst down enemies if all of the moves are used. Mimikyu and ceruledge should have been speedsters

I had horrible teammates in standard but ceruledge was interesting, there are a lot of problems though. Bitter blade is too slow, flame charge is mediocre, and it is really dependent on the unite move. Ill still buy it since theres nothing else interesting
If you buy, you are telling Timi the mon is good and you liked it. So, they will not put effort on future releases 🤦🏼♂️

Oh so that's why my Unite fails to do damage... I didn't know that we could negate the damage of it with Full Heal like Yikes that's a huge counter. That's why sometimes I would trap someone in my Unite and then see that no damage was done. This info is pretty valuable and 6:20 and it amazes me no one else has said that much about it!

Aiming Ceruledge is a game of prediction. It has a slight delay before going off so you'll usually miss if you just aim where they are.

They should have give cerulegde convergent evolution
Bitter blade in SV heals you for 50% of your damage dealt. In Unite it should at least do 35% at minimum.

Because flame charge gives a boosted + 2 Charges shorter cooldowns, it’s been feeling better as of late. Especially to one shot combo with an energy amp after a unite. Personal choice though

It definitely needs buffs, like this is the most confusing release of all times, whenever you see one in your team, now 4 people have to wrap their heads around a confusing jungler. Is it an all-rounder, is it a speedster, like what the hell is this, such a disappointment on fan favourite. Only 1 move heals (that too not much), why is it not given speedster role with long dashes, and higher burst. It definitely needs buffs, its an easy Scyther (which by itself needs buffs) with lower returns and a missable unite. I spent money on this thing to get the cool background, but as a mon, there are definitely better options, in fact, all the all-rounders are better than this (except for maybe Machamp).

I like blaziken and lucario, should i buy ceruledge over falinks or metagross???? Please tell😢
Metagross isn't particularly unique though it is fun. Lots of shield and good mobility but nothing too unique in terms of mechanics and it plays extremely poorly if you start getting behind in levels. Falinks, on the other hand, is incredible for a number of reasons: The amount of lasting power and damage you get from no-retreat and megahorn is great in a 1v1 and its other moveset is an absolute terror to get caught by and can swing messy teamfights without putting itself at too much risk. Falinks has something for most kinds of players to enjoy and has plenty of incredible matchups as well as (a few) bad matchups that require clever play. In many ways Falinks can fight like Overheat Blaziken but sacrificing adaptability for power and durability if that's your thing.
