    I am show about making powerful coil winding machine using arduino. this machine works stepper motor and dc motor. the program guided on stepper motor and correctly winded.

    It's a very good idea.. just one curious observation though...
    Isn't this damaging the coil insulation?
    I mean.. it's in constant friction with that plastic guide material... It should damage the insulation on coil wire..

    Buena Idea , se puede mejorar mucho, poniendo un sensor de vuelta y asi cada vuela se vaya desplazando horizontalmente , y un fin de carrera para que regrese al llegar a los extremos, Felicitaciones sencillo y practico.

      in eanglish is Good idea, it can be improved a lot by putting a return sensor so that each flight moves horizontally, and a limit switch so that it returns when reaching the extremes. Congratulations, simple and practical.

    Hei bro, do you think every wire is strong enough to make the wire spool spin? The wire won't break trying to spin the spool? Which AWG wire did you used on the video?

      No, el alambre magneto es muy resistente. Claro que se debe colocar el eje del Carreto sobre rodamientos para menor resistencia.

    You need a stepper motor instead of the DC motor. Then you can synchronize the horizontal position with the fractional turn - using the pitch of the screw and the diameter of the wire. In that way, the windings would be all lying next to each other and stacked above one another. And, of course, a Hall turns counter, display, etc.

      Gracias, justo así es que deseo hacer mi maquinita para trabajar con diferentes calibres. Soy Técnico en Electrónica y Embobinador de motores para Herramientas Eléctricas pero Nunca he hecho nada con Arduino, pienso que sería un Excelente Comienzo jejeje. Saludos

      He did neither write the code, if there is any, nor did he design any of this stuff.
      He hotglued the stepper to a scrap board, instead of printing a proper bracket for it.
      The board in use is a CNC stepper board with an arduino. You can run FluidNC or Gerber on it, that way you can control the motor and the stepper, no code needed.
      You can clearly see, there is not much control, how much wire is where on the spool. For an even wind, you'd need a sensor, to know the rotation count of the take up spool, there is none in this train wreck.

      He does not have them, he cobbled up some files from thingyverse, but no bracket for a stepper it seems.
      I hate it, to be the bearer of bad news, but one of the first videos of this channels most liked ones, claims to get free energy from spark plugs, another one from a SIM card.
      I call bullshit on all his stuff.
