My 2 kids and I watch all your piggy videos and we were so inspired by how spoilt yours are, we built a huge pen for our 4 girls on the weekend. The kids and I can now sit with the guinea pigs because there's so much room. We even added plants in pots like you and have been giving them more fruit and veg lately after seeing what you do for yours. So thank you for showing us how to give them the best life.

Oh my goodness, they are hilarious!!! I'm a GUINEA pig lover, I had 5 sows and a neutered boar, now I have 2 sows left, they're both 7 and a half, thereabouts, and I'd like to adopt another pair, but I'm getting older now, and they're definitely daily chores, and cage cleaning, and at 62, I don't know if I want to spend another 5 or 6 years with some youngsters! Lol, plus a sometimes big vet bill. I'm in N.Y., and exotic vets are very expensive. They're just absolutely ADORABLE!
Aww we will all miss seeing Little Robbie. He's very good at helping out with all the animals, and he must be a great help to you too. Hope he enjoys staying where they are at, and for school, as well? I wish them well. Hope you get to stay in touch, with the technology we have today

hello W Smith yes that the way of the world people move around, looking for the best that is no offer when coming back from Sydney the other day stopped over at the Gold Coast for a few day have four grandchildren living there they all stayed with us in the hotel for the three day they are great to be with and had a great time . little Robbie has a sister due in a couple of months so so I be going over to see them all in Europe work are you the boss by now , you don’t work in a bank by any chance every job has it ups and downs, just enjoy the ups and don’t worry about the downs love from Australia

Big transition for me as I worked as a groundskeeper at this school district for seven years 💪 Last worked in office 20 years ago. But I’m planning my escape by retirement in June. My ex husband ( we’re still friends) fell so in love with one of our Guinea Pigs. He was named Dizzy Gillespig (ex played trumpet and Flugelhorn). Anyway, Dizzy was sometimes allowed on the table when the ex was eating. Once, he had tacos with fresh Cilantro. The ex gave Dizzy his own plate of Cilantro. Dizzy finished that and then “ popcorned” right onto the ex’s tacos and started happily munching away at the Cilantro. It was hilarious. It’s amazing how much they can eat, but you never waste any produce scraps.

Robert, that was a great comment about the seeds in fruits like apples. People say they are toxic, but I have noticed that small animals, like Guinea Pigs, know when to stop. They are very good at spotting something if they should not eat. A case in point is that I'd feed my Guinea Pigs a seed mix as a treat. They would never eat the red seeds, even if I left them out for them, or tried again another time. They are the same way with apple cores and orange pith. They will leave these things if they can't or won't eat them.

What got you started with all these Guinea Pigs. Imso amazed with the setup. The way they free roam around the yard . It always seems to be nice sunny weather. I live in Illinois and it wouldn't be possible to let all the pigs to free roam due to weather conditions, or becoming a free meal
well Mark I rescued a couple a few years back , and then ended up with a few other, people moving away then my granddaughter loved them and as time when on people who need a friend, I gave them a couple of little ones for company and I enjoy everything about them

no Aaron I keep the boys and girls separate separate pens and separate yards not breed much , never sell any but some times give a couple away to people in need of a friend I have a separate breeding pen, where I select one male and a couple of girls

Speaking for myself, Guinea Pigs are very social and they need more than one friend. Besides, they’re like chips. You can’t have just one.

separate pens and separate yards
not breed much ,
never sell any but some times give a couple away to people in need of a friend
I have a separate breeding pen, where I select one male and a couple of girls
