he installed comp cam stage 3 N/A cams and 11-14 phasers. The rest is stock 15+ stuff.

Americanmuscle.com is selling a 2015 Long Block for under 6k (a 2015 Dressed motor is just over 6k).
If it truly works out then that sounds like a really sweet swap.
