Number 17's answer of yellow, because it is the only primary colour is correct but purple would also be correct because it is the only colour that does not contain yellow.
#2 In principle, a cloud is also a body of water, floating in the sky. #8 A cucumber is a fruit, not a vegetable. #11 Alternative: the circle, the only one without straight lines. #14 Alternative: the rabbit, the only herbivore, the other ones are carnivores. #16 Alternative: the penguin, the only one who can't fly. 323 Alternative: Malta, the only island.
Also circle is the only choice with no straight lines. There are quite a few here with two correct answers.. 23 is another one. Windows is the only OS not based on UNIX.
#3 Sydney is a capital city, but of the state of NSW. The others are capital cities of countries. I got it correct. Just requires clarification. #6 pound is both a weight AND a currency. Botanically, the cucumber is in fact a fruit. Please do better research before developing this oversimplified quiz. This quiz is a very low standard that any lower primary aged student here in Australia would ace! 25/25, with informed corrections also!
Helen correct. Also, the Sydney answer is correct on several levels. In the Southern Hemisphere, not the Northern. In Australia, not Europe. Is a fully coastal city, not on a river well away from the coast.
23/25 I missed number 9 because I have never seen a Gibbon. Number 17 because I know nothing about colors, but I'll learn! I enjoyed your quiz, as always. Thank you!
Gibbons are mainly in the Phllipines so yeah I get that. They're the fastest moving animals that swing through trees up to 30 mph! I don't think they have a tail either.
I didn't do much better as I'm weak in geography. In fact some of these countries I never even heard of! and although I got Sidney correct I did so because it's based on a huge island I had NO idea that it wasn't the capital of Australia.

Triangle is also an instrument, so one could say triangle is the odd one and circle, square and cube are geometrical figures.
Also circle is the only choice with no straight lines. There are quite a few here with two correct answers.. 23 is another one. Windows is the only OS not based on UNIX.
25/25 -- Great quiz, thank you! 🙏🥰🤓🦋🦋🌹

#24: Windows, of the four, is the only OS that is not (to some degree) Unix-derived.
Yep... that's definitely a correct answer. On the ball there, Ed.
I always thought Cuba to be separate to North America as she is an island. Just saying?
Malta and Cuba are Islands, pepper is a spice

Penguins are the only ones with wings incapable of flight
Yep.. there's at least a half dozen questions here with two correct answers depending upon one's point of view.
Good 👍
Windows could be the odd one out.. its the only OS not based on UNIX.
Ocean is salty, others are fresh water so that question has two correct answers

21/25. Not enough clarification. Too open-ended, not specific enough.
