- Today we hit The Great Barrier Reef out of Cairns with Passions of Paradise. We had unbelievable weather conditions with the best visibility we have had in Australia ever. We visited 2 seperate hand picked dive locations where snorkelling is included and scuba diving is an optional extra but very cheap at only $45 for a dive inclusive of the instructor and all the hire gear. We also had a lovely onboard chef prepared buffet lunch. Please enjoy and stick around to the end for BLOOPERS!

@@JoniqueLife - Absolutely. That is one place I definitely look forward to going snorkel and, if I get my Padi by then, dive!
Don’t need a padi to dive if you do it with a company like the one we did, Monique isn’t certified at all
@@JoniqueLife- Is that what they call "resort certified"? I would probably still take my Padi but most probably in a place like that (not here)

@@JoniqueLife we did a snorkeling trip on the barrier reef from Cairns! Unfortunately the diving was too expensive but we sre hoping to learn very soon!
These guys only charged $45 for a dive, that’s a really good price, the boat trip was about $180 though but that included everything
@@JoniqueLife thats really good! Best we saw was about $250 for everything but we had been out travelling a while by that point and didn't have much money left haha. Maybe next time!

Looks amazing, I will doing this with my wife next month. Does the instructor stay with you the whole time after the descent? Or just supervises the beginning of your dive?
Stays with you the whole time if not qualified to go solo, depending on individuals comfort level they will be more or less hands on
