It’s kind of silly that it doesn’t one-shot with a direct hit tbh. Bungie’s whole philosophy with special ammo is that you have enough for two kills. I get they didn’t want it to be a menace again, but between the checkmate system and the general balance (lol) currently, this iteration feels like a case of playing it too safe.
Rather them play it safe initially and let the gun strictly be cracked for movement and pve than terrorize pvp on release again
I agree. At the bare minimum it should load up with 4 shots since it would theoretically take that to get two kills with the weapon alone. This nerf is crazy.
You have to have the impact damage. It isn't like old mountaintop. You can setup one shot build with radiant and adrenaline junkie or recombination.
They really didn’t want this to be a problem in pvp 💀
They should have kept MT and Recluse shelved, how they bring them back to not even complete with current weapons!!

Idk having gotten a spike impulse harmony roll I kinda wish that one would one shot ngl but it probably shouldn’t. I don’t even think it 1 shots with spike harmony and radiant active
